Tianjin Jason Wu Sports Association was established to carry forward Mr. Huo Yuanjia's legacy and carry forward the Jason Wu spirit of "patriotism, fitness, justice and helping others". Founded in June 1990, it aims to gather people with lofty ideals and friends from all walks of life, and make efforts to advocate and revitalize Wushu. Tianjin Jason Wu Sports Association is a non-governmental sports group. Its meeting place is in Xiaonanhe Village, Jason Wu Town, Xiqing District, Tianjin, Huo Yuanjia's hometown. It is also the former site of Huo Yuanjia Wu Wen School in Tianjin.
The executive vice president of Tianjin Jason Wu Club is the president of Huo Yuanjia Wu Wen School and the secretary general of Huo Yuanjia Miju Boxing Research Association, that is, the world martial arts champion Lang Rongbiao. Tianjin Jason Wu Club has made remarkable achievements. Through hard work, Jason Wu Club has trained nearly 1,000 students. He won 35 first prizes in the International Jason Wu Competition, the National Youth Wushu Championship, the Tianjin Youth Wushu Championship and the Eighth National Games in Tianjin.
