1. The last activity was very substantial, not novel and extraordinary, but it was quite meaningful. It can be seen that the effect is also good, especially the last visit to Dongguan Institute of Technology and Dongkeng Clinic.

2. Detailed arrangement, including preliminary preparation, arrangement, activity process and post-activity summary analysis, etc. It is also the result of volunteers' efforts.

As we all know, volunteers are the vitality and backbone of the Youth Federation. They work hard, but there are few words about these lovely people, and there are fewer activities belonging to them. Among them, "continuously improve the comprehensive quality of volunteers in our school".

The service spirit of the Youth Federation is "dedication, friendship, mutual assistance and progress", but what I see is mainly dedication. As a youth league cadre, should we also improve our understanding of "progress"?

It can be seen that the members of the last Youth Federation worked hard, their activities were effective, and their work performance was not low, which also gave us new members motivation. However, we are confident that together, we will make every effort to create a new youth association that will satisfy the community, schools and classmates!

I haven't contacted the Youth Federation for a long time. The following points are purely personal understanding.

The biggest problem is the enthusiasm of volunteers, whether our activities are novel, the intensity of our efforts, and the personal realm of volunteers and other cadres. Of course, this is undeniable. However, I think it is fundamentally that we have failed to give them a sense of belonging, a concept of home. Of course, this is not a matter of one or two activities every day. We need all of us to make long-term efforts, constantly discover problems, constantly improve problems and constantly sum up experience.

It is said that volunteers are the vitality of the Youth Federation. No matter what the concept of volunteers joining the Youth League is, I think since everyone believes in and chooses the Youth League, as cadres, we should create more opportunities for them to learn more knowledge. Although it depends largely on individuals, we should still create a stage for them.

Maybe more often, we should listen to the voices of volunteers and learn more about the Youth Federation, not indirectly.

Second, the new semester work plan

(1) Serving routine tasks

1. Communicate the relevant notices of the Association accurately and clearly, constantly improve the communication of information, and let volunteers know about related activities and other related situations better and faster;

2. Strengthen the contact and communication between team leaders, and it is best to contact more volunteers;

3. Continuously improve the arrangement of the scheme;

4. Seriously improve the service time of volunteers;

5. Continuously improve volunteers' understanding and practice of community service, especially the service of Da Lang hospital base;

6. Strengthen contact with various departments;

Pay more attention to the inconvenience in campus, provide convenience for pointing out the need, and also improve the campus better.

(2) Service Department's new activity plan

1. In order to strengthen the communication and belonging of new volunteers, it is planned to organize 10 new students to participate in climbing activities in Yinpingzui;

2. In order to improve the concept of volunteer cultural service, we can carry out a prize-winning activity for volunteers to collect slogans of the Youth Association of the Second Hospital, or an essay contest (just campus energy saving, volunteers' feelings, etc. And the theme is another business), or a painting and calligraphy contest;

3. Association Alliance, initiated by us, promotes knowledge together with all associations in the school, such as photography, poverty alleviation and so on. However, this is a bit of a job for HKCSS;

4. Seeking sponsorship, designing and ordering volunteer work clothes belonging to our own Second Hospital Branch can also improve the sense of belonging of volunteers and enhance the influence or brand of the Second Hospital Branch. In short, personally, this is still necessary;
