Rock is the movie "Broken Rock" (also called "Broken Island").

That line is about an action that General Momo once carried out in southwest China (mentioned in the following plot). The operation failed because they couldn't get reinforcements and couldn't evacuate (presumably surrounded). China's overwhelming army annihilated them. They were killed/Kloc-more than 0/7 people, and the PLA suffered casualties/Kloc-more than 0/00 people (like to brag).

The line is roughly as follows: "We have to evacuate quickly, the enemy's firepower is too strong ... Damn it, let my people evacuate quickly ... We have no permission to enter that area ... Damn it, God, it's like hell here ... The rescue plane will arrive soon, please hold on a little longer ... We can't hold on any longer, 17 people have already laid down (hung up) ...
