Myanmar Air Force is divided into 50 1 base (in Maubi), 502 base (in Mingala Cave), 503 base (in Myitkyina), ground training base (in Myitkyina) and maintenance base (in Mingala Cave).

The Myanmar Air Force mainly performs coin-operated tasks in rugged inland and land. Many devices are out of date or often can't be used normally. Recently, the Myanmar Air Force purchased some fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters, which made up for the defects to some extent and improved the mobility and lethality of the Myanmar army in combating the remaining separatists.
