Water tank welding is used in two occasions.
Apply 1: gas welding to weld the flat tube of aluminum water tank and the root of aluminum water tank. If 1 is applied, flame welding is needed, and there are two conventional flame welding methods for water tanks.
1) oxyacetylene, commonly known as wind welding, is often welded with 4047 aluminum-silicon solder as welding material and aluminum powder. This welding method requires higher operation methods, and the melting point is 580-600 degrees, which is very close to the melting point temperature of the master batch of the water tank, that is, the temperature difference between the working melting point temperature and the mother collapse temperature during welding is only about 50 degrees.
2) The third generation derivative liquefied gas spray gun mainly burns liquefied gas, but it needs to be welded with low temperature solder. From the temperature point of view, low-temperature welding aluminum water tank is the mainstream application, from M5 179 degrees to WEWELDING53 at 385 degrees, and then to Viodin 303 at 430 degrees.
Application 2: aluminum argon arc welding, welding the water chamber of aluminum water tank, water chamber transformation, and can expand the welding of aluminum shell and aluminum oil tank, which is more suitable for defect repair of water chamber or main board of conventional water tank, link welding of water inlet and air chamber welding of intercooler.
