The core technology to solve this problem is submersible motor or shielded motor. There is a gap between the stator and rotor of the motor, which is approximately equivalent to the thickness of a piece of A4 paper. Oil flows through it and plays two roles: one is to cool the motor, and almost all motors can only let the liquid flow outside the motor to achieve the cooling effect, thus ensuring the life of the motor. However, the life of submersible pump motor is doubled because of the excessive internal liquid. Second, the liquid flows through the gap between the stator and the rotor, which plays a good role in lubricating the bearing. The problems of motor and bearing have been effectively solved, so that the submersible pump does not need maintenance and the failure rate is extremely low. The service life is as long as ten years and the shelf life is three years.
