Second, the responsibilities of both parties.

1. If the commissioning fails to meet the acceptance requirements due to design reasons, the Employer shall require the design unit to modify the design, and the Contractor shall reinstall it according to the modified design. The Employer shall bear all expenses for design modification, dismantling and reinstallation and the additional contract price, and the construction period shall be postponed accordingly.

2. If the test run fails to meet the acceptance requirements due to equipment manufacturing, the buyer of the equipment shall be responsible for re-purchasing or repairing, and the contractor shall be responsible for dismantling and reinstalling. If the equipment is purchased by the contractor, the contractor shall bear the cost of repairing or re-purchasing, dismantling and re-installing, and the construction period shall not be postponed; If the equipment is purchased by the employer, the employer shall bear the above additional contract price, and the construction period shall be postponed accordingly.

3. If the test run fails to meet the acceptance requirements due to the contractor's construction, the contractor shall reinstall and test run according to the requirements of the engineer, and bear the expenses of reinstallation and test run, and the construction period will not be postponed.

4. Commissioning expenses shall be borne by the Employer, unless it has been included in the contract price or otherwise agreed in the special terms and conditions.

5. After the trial run, the engineer will not sign the test record. After 24 hours of trial operation, it is deemed that the engineer has approved the trial operation record, and the contractor can continue the construction or go through the completion formalities.

6. After the project is completed and accepted, it will be debugged by the Employer. If the Employer requires it to be carried out before the project completion acceptance or needs the cooperation of the Contractor, it shall be approved by the Contractor and a supplementary agreement shall be signed separately.
