The former site of Fujian West Detachment and Fujian Southwest Guerrilla Changtai Activity is located in Dongliao and Lianggangshan caves, Shiming Village, Yan Xi Town, Changtai County.
1at the beginning of 944, Pai Cheng party member, secretary of the underground party organization of the guerrilla detachment in western Fujian, and other doctors went to Changtai county disguised as digging herbs to prepare for the development of guerrillas. Seeing that the terrain around Lianggang Mountain was conducive to guerrilla activities, they settled in Shangcaiyang Mountain Society. Wu Sandi is regarded as a key development object because of his advanced thought and pursuit of progress. 1August, 945, Wu Sandi was absorbed as party member. -/kloc-at the beginning of 0/948, Wu Sandi was officially appointed as the head of the guerrilla unit in Thailand by the eighth detachment of a column in the border area of Fujian, Guangdong and Jiangxi. In February of the same year, his wife Liang Huaying was arrested and imprisoned, so the Kuomintang tried to force Wu Sandi to surrender. Wu Sandi vowed to fight to the end and was besieged by the newly established Changtai County Founding Committee. After successive counterattacks, the guerrillas retreated to the Monkey Cave, Bolong Cave and Goat Cave in Lianggang Mountain, often disturbing the enemy in the village at the east foot of Lianggang. The Kuomintang troops retreated in vain to the Puppet Manchuria Bureau and the county seat of Yan Xi. 1from July to August, 1948, Wu and the three places secretly held guerrilla meetings in the name of worshipping gods and buddhas in Dongling Longxing Palace for many times to study matters such as attacking the bureau, expanding guerrilla ranks and raising funds for activities. After the meeting, the guerrillas secretly contacted Lin, vice captain of the county people's self-defense forces, and attacked the township government on August 8. Because of the traitor's betrayal, the uprising failed and Lin was killed. The guerrillas were outnumbered and retreated to the mountains around Shangcai Yangshan. The County National Construction Association and the Peace Rebel Association led a large number of troops to pursue Yangshan, but they still failed to annihilate the guerrillas. Wu Sandi tried to resist Wu Zongcheng, the captain of the county brigade, but was killed by Wu Zongcheng at Hongmen on the evening of September 28, and the guerrillas were forced to disband. After liberation, Wu Zongcheng was crushed by our town.
The caves such as Lianggang Rock Monkey Cave, Bolong Cave and Goat Cave, which belong to the west Fujian detachment and the Changtai activity area of the guerrillas in southwest Fujian, are natural caves. Due to disrepair, the wooden wall on the front of Longxing Palace has been corroded and is relatively old.
