This shows the importance of safe production, and as a production line operator, it shoulders an important mission. As a long-term value, I am the first person responsible for the safety production of power plants during my term of office, and I feel deeply responsible. Over the past year, with the care of superior leaders and the support of brother departments and teams, there has been no unsafe situation in the team, and the safety goal for the whole year has been successfully completed.

First, the implementation of the work objectives of production safety

In January each year, the safety production target is set, and the responsibility book for safety production is signed between departments and teams, and then the safety production target is decomposed into individuals. The shift supervisor and the duty officer sign the responsibility book for safety production, so that the subordinates are responsible for their superiors, and everyone knows their own safety production targets and responsibilities. At the same time, everyone in the team signed the Commitment Letter of Farewell to Violation, which ideologically ensured that we would put an end to violation in our future work and ensure safe production.

The second is whether the safety production management procedures are standardized.

The Standard for Emergency Treatment and Standby Site Management is the main basis of our work. In practical work, we can all achieve these systems well, but there are still some shortcomings, such as the irregular sending and receiving order between scheduling and duty, which we will improve in future work. For work such as operation ticket, work ticket and patrol inspection, the operation part shall be made into operation control flow chart, work ticket control flow chart and patrol inspection flow chart of closed station operation, and hung on the duty site to remind everyone to remember and abide by it everywhere. At the same time, regularly carry out safety activities, learn accident express and safety briefing, and learn lessons from power system accidents; Hold traffic laws and safety laws and regulations inspection every year, earnestly carry out special safety inspections such as spring and winter safety inspection and flood control every year, and rectify the deficiencies in time. Therefore, in the management of safety production, we have done a comprehensive job, and the employees have also performed well in actual work.

The third is the weak link of safety production.

The sense of responsibility of operators needs to be strengthened, and the supervision of dispatchers is not strict enough. Although there are still many wrong signals, which objectively bring great inconvenience to our supervision of the disk and cause our ideological paralysis, we still have to find the reasons from ourselves, carefully analyze the signals and never let go of any suspicious signals.

In recent years, the pace of equipment transformation is very fast. The new equipment is put into operation quickly, and it takes a process for operators to really master the performance, principle, characteristics, operational precautions and accident handling principles of the new equipment. Therefore, at present, the situation that this equipment is put into operation first and then people gradually adapt to it can no longer meet the requirements of mastering it first and then putting it into operation. At the same time, the drawings of the job site were not changed in time after the equipment transformation, and some auxiliary equipment transformation or change procedures were not standardized, which also laid a hidden danger for safe production operations.

Ensuring safety in production is inseparable from the consistent attention of superior leaders and the efforts of every worker in production. As the saying goes, "Up and down Qi Xin, its strength is broken." I believe that as long as we work together in Qi Xin, the safety in production in our factory will certainly reach a higher level.
