Primary education is the basic stage for students to receive education, which lays the foundation for their future study. Whether students like learning or not depends on the effective guidance of teachers. This is also of great significance to the teaching level of the school. Only by fully mobilizing students' interest in teaching practice and making them realize the significance of learning can students grow up healthily and their teaching level be improved accordingly. The author will briefly talk about his own teaching experience.
First, stimulate interest in learning mathematics
Interest is the best teacher. Teachers should be good at discovering mathematical problems in life. In teaching, we should start from children's psychological characteristics, design life materials that children are interested in, and show them to students in colorful forms such as telling stories, playing games and performing. Teachers should adopt various teaching modes, such as guessing, observing, listening, thinking, operating, self-study, discussion, calculus and group competition. Increasing teachers' own charm can also attract students, such as wonderful humorous tone, free teaching style, simple and beautiful blackboard writing, decent appearance, kind words, enthusiastic encouragement, trusting eyes, agile thinking and skillful disintegration skills. If teachers can mobilize students' emotions and will, these spiritual needs, stimulate students' thirst for knowledge, and let students feel the fun of learning mathematics, then the effect will be lasting and huge. Teachers can introduce relevant games in the classroom to guide students to learn. For junior students, games are very popular with them. When the students were listening to the class and playing games, they all looked at me with a pair of curious eyes. In the future teaching of learning formulas, I adopt the above methods. Students recite formulas and demonstrate with their fingers, which makes students' learning atmosphere active and makes them feel the fun of learning mathematics. This kind of problems closely related to life can help students realize that mathematics is closely related to life, and thus realize that learning mathematics well is of great help to our lives, which invisibly gives students the motivation to learn mathematics.
Second, to mobilize students' enthusiasm for learning
In teaching activities, students are not passive educatees, but conscious and active participants, who are the main body of learning activities. Only when teachers create a situation that conforms to and adapts to students' learning according to their age characteristics, psychological characteristics and level, can students actively participate and actively acquire knowledge, thus achieving the purpose of teaching. Teachers should change their educational concepts, from simple exam-oriented education to quality-oriented education, so as to truly free primary school students from the heavy schoolwork burden, restore children's childhood happiness, and enable them to achieve comprehensive and harmonious development in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, beauty, beauty and labor. Good teacher-student relationship and harmonious classroom teaching atmosphere are the prerequisites for students to dare to participate. Students will be happy to learn only if they don't feel pressure and love the teachers they teach. Teachers should be good at communicating with students, making friends with students, and caring for them in life and study, so as to arouse their love for teachers and mathematics; Secondly, teaching should be equal, teaching should be oriented to all, and some people should not be partial, but students with learning difficulties should be indifferent. Teachers should also be good at strengthening students' learning motivation through correct evaluation. Practice has proved that praise is better than criticism, and criticism is better than no evaluation.
Periodical articles are classified and inquired in the periodical library, so that teachers can let every student taste the joy of success. Learning is a kind of labor, and learning needs to pay a certain price. Let students learn actively and happily, not satisfied with the vivid and diverse forms of classroom teaching, but by stimulating students' interest in learning, let students turn "bitterness" into "joy" and experience the joy of success through serious and hard study. Especially for students who are struggling academically, teachers should fully affirm their every step and make them feel that they will succeed through their own efforts.
Third, be good at cultivating students' emotions.
Professor Ye Lan of East China Normal University put forward in the article "Let the classroom be full of vitality —— On the deepening of teaching reform in primary and secondary schools" that the goal of classroom teaching should include not only the cognitive goal, but also the students' emotion, will, cooperation ability, behavior habit and communication consciousness and ability. She pointed out that the emotional goal proposed here is not the emotional goal mentioned by American educator Bloom in "Classification of Goals", but that teaching should promote the development of students' healthy and rich emotional experience and emotional control ability. Emotion, will and other goals have both content and value related to cognitive activities and relatively independent content and value. Infiltrating emotion into the whole process of classroom teaching is helpful to cultivate students' good study habits and let them experience the fun of life and learning in the process of learning. Therefore, cultivating students' emotion and will in primary school mathematics teaching should be understood from the height of quality education, which is an organic part of students' basic quality. There are many ways to cultivate students' emotions. As far as teachers are concerned, in primary school, I think teaching objectives are the most important aspect. The goal of primary school mathematics teaching should be concrete, that is, it should be decomposed into each unit and class hour in teaching. Teachers should fully establish their own teaching objectives on the basis of studying students, analyzing teaching contents, teaching conditions and teachers' own characteristics.
Fourth, learn mathematics in life.
Mathematics originates from and serves life practice. The mathematics content put forward by the teacher should be closely related to life. Teachers must set up relevant scenes according to students' social environment, family background and interesting problems, so that students can find math problems in their favorite lives. But only verbally encouraging children to find and solve problems by themselves has little effect. Because the children we contact are only primary school students, they blindly find problems, and the solution is just an empty slogan, which needs the help of adults. Mathematical knowledge comes from life. As a teacher, we can guide students to connect closely with reality and collect data, so that students can discover mathematics around them and feel the universality of mathematics application.
