After finding the reserved electric pile, I found that it is a slow charging pile charged by the star himself, which is exactly the same as the public charging pile on the market. It can be directly scanned and used without an appointment. Therefore, this electric pile is likely to be charged by the community management after unified purchase, which is convenient for the owners of the community to use. It is also possible that the owner buys it alone, but it is not the management of other brands.

A year ago, because the temporary car was not old enough, the electric pile was used, but at that time, a service fee of 30 yuan would be charged, which means that it needs to be paid in one lump sum no matter how long it is charged, and this service fee is also set by the owner of the electric pile. The whole online booking process is much faster than star charging, and the accuracy of recommending electric piles and actual information is also higher, but it is not that it is good, but that the two softwares guide users to operate online in different ways, and it will be better to combine the advantages of the two softwares.

There is no response when booting, which we think has a lot to do with compatibility. Although they are all AC slow charging interfaces, the national unified standard, but there will be compatibility problems between brand electric piles at present. Some brands of electric piles will increase the so-called "handshake agreement" with vehicles, which also leads to the inability to charge or low charging efficiency even if the connection with other brands of vehicles is successful.

There is no way but to replace another electric pile. In the easy charging software, we found that there were other empty piles in the same community, so we changed our reservation and prepared to go there.

Because this community has a fixed parking space number, it is suspected that it may be the owner's own car. We called the software to contact the pile owner, but no one answered, so we had to continue looking for the next electric pile.

Through the communication with the owners of electric piles, we also understand why the first electric pile has compatibility problems. Because if you manage your own brand stack, there may be some problems, such as the original equipment does not have the function of * * * *, or it is not compatible with other brands of vehicles. After entering the community, the narrow empty room is very different from yesterday's community. We are crawling around the community looking for electric piles, and some sections are only wide enough for one car to pass through. Five minutes later, we finally found the reserved electric pile.

Faced with such an embarrassing situation, we can only choose to give up. Before we left, we also had a brief exchange with the community security. The security guard said: "It is very difficult to build electric piles in this community. First, the distribution box itself is limited. Many electric vehicles have no fixed parking spaces, and there is no way to use one electric pile for several vehicles. "

The environment in the second community is not ideal. We need to register and tell you that there is no parking space when we come in. We said we were here to charge. The doorman said that no matter what you do, you can't park your car in a place that hinders traffic.

We have no choice but to leave, but even if we can charge, we can only put the car on the narrow steps. If you want to charge for a long time, people must stay in the car in case the owner comes back at any time or other vehicles are ready to move.

In the urban area, we tried two electric piles, and the results were not satisfactory. We found that there was a very obvious difference between the urban experience and yesterday's experience. In addition to the charge itself, there are many difficulties in other links, such as smoothly entering the community, finding a stable parking space, and relative parking fees. At present, everyone is in an extremely embarrassing state, and it is almost impossible for people outside the community to charge. So we decided to give up, keep trying, go back to the company and find the answers to all the questions we met in two days.

Summary: the experience of electric piles is limited, and the industry is in a dilemma.

Only one of the five attempts succeeded. It can be said that the current experience of * * * enjoying electric piles is not ideal.
