Experience the problem of finding piles outside the city

So we refine the screening conditions and find out which electric piles can be reserved in the nearest range.
Because * * * piles are priced by individuals, the charges will vary greatly. The cost of personal electric piles, mainly for civil use, is basically maintained at about 0.45 yuan/kWh in Beijing, but it can be seen from the * * * electric piles charged by celebrities that the charging range is 0.8-5 yuan/kWh. We think that the charges above 3 yuan are basically of no optional value.
Because there is no relevant telephone number in the software, we can't know the information of the electric pile in advance by telephone, so we can only rely on some basic information in the software to judge, so it is better to be cautious.
Because * * * piles need to be reserved before use, even if you see piles that can be reserved, you should determine their reserved range and whether they can be reserved at present. Just like the picture above, although it shows "reservation", there is actually no available time slot in this pile on that day.
There may be something wrong with the address, which we expected before the test, because the information accuracy of many public charging piles is also problematic at present. For example, the electric pile is clearly on the first floor, but the software is displayed on the second floor. The residential area involved in electric piles is complicated, and obviously "finding piles" will also be a problem.
After finding the reserved electric pile, I found that it is a slow charging pile charged by the star himself, which is exactly the same as the public charging pile on the market. It can be directly scanned and used without an appointment. Therefore, this electric pile is likely to be charged by the community management after unified purchase, which is convenient for the owners of the community to use. It is also possible that the owner buys it alone, but it is not the management of other brands.
A year ago, because the temporary car was not old enough, the electric pile was used, but at that time, a service fee of 30 yuan would be charged, which means that it needs to be paid in one lump sum no matter how long it is charged, and this service fee is also set by the owner of the electric pile. But this time, we only paid the corresponding electricity bill, and there were no other extra expenses. I think this is also a change in the upgrading of * * * electric pile service in the past year.
Summary: After the first experience of Xingchong's "Renren Power Station" service, although it was finally charged successfully, it took us nearly 30 minutes from online booking to final charging success. ● The second stop: the "private electric pile" experience around the city.
The main slogan of e charging platform is "love sharing", so private pile custody is its core business at present. Through the experience of Star Pet, we find that the accuracy of online information and the efficiency of booking largely determine the final experience. I hope everyone can achieve better results here.
At the same time, the information given in the recommendation interface is more comprehensive, and some electric pile labels directly use the parking space number in the community, which is more convenient to find piles. In addition, Youyi charging will also show whether the current stack status is online, and the overall price is cheaper than Star charging.
The whole online booking process is much faster than star charging, and the accuracy of recommending electric piles and actual information is also higher, but it is not that it is good, but that the two softwares guide users to operate online in different ways, and it will be better to combine the advantages of the two softwares.
There is no response when booting, which we think has a lot to do with compatibility. Although they are all AC slow charging interfaces, the national unified standard, but there will be compatibility problems between brand electric piles at present. Some brands of electric piles will increase the so-called "handshake agreement" with vehicles, which also leads to the inability to charge or low charging efficiency even if the connection with other brands of vehicles is successful.
There is no way but to replace another electric pile. In the easy charging software, we found that there were other empty piles in the same community, so we changed our reservation and prepared to go there.
Because this community has a fixed parking space number, it is suspected that it may be the owner's own car. We called the software to contact the pile owner, but no one answered, so we had to continue looking for the next electric pile.
Through the communication with the owners of electric piles, we also understand why the first electric pile has compatibility problems. Because if you manage your own brand stack, there may be some problems, such as the original equipment does not have the function of * * * *, or it is not compatible with other brands of vehicles. At this time, You Yichong will suggest replacing the equipment with his own brand of electric piles. In addition to the direct function, the electric pile is also compatible with all models on the market.
Summary: Although it ended in failure, more problems were found. Because there are too many kinds of brand electric piles in the market, different car owners want to enjoy their own electric piles. The first problem they face is the compatibility of electric piles and whether they have the function of * * * *. Therefore, we decided to contact Youyichong customer service to continue to solve this problem after completing all the experiences.

● The third stop: the experience of "private electric piles" in urban areas.
Star charging and fast charging are started in this area, and it is found that the number of electric piles is obviously different from that outside the urban area. Similarly, within three kilometers, only four of the two softwares enjoy charging piles. The charging of the stars is the same as that outside the city yesterday. There are all four people, so you can only choose Youyi Charging to experience it in the city.
We chose a private electric pile recommended by a nearby Kuaiyichong to make an appointment. When we entered the community, we were stopped by the security guard to register visitors. After entering the community, the narrow empty room is very different from yesterday's community. We are crawling around the community looking for electric piles, and some sections are only wide enough for one car to pass through. Five minutes later, we finally found the reserved electric pile.
Faced with such an embarrassing situation, we can only choose to give up. Before we left, we also had a brief exchange with the community security. The security guard said: "It is very difficult to build electric piles in this community. First, the distribution box itself is limited. Many electric vehicles have no fixed parking spaces, and there is no way to use one electric pile for several vehicles. "
The environment in the second community is not ideal. We need to register and tell you that there is no parking space when we come in. We said we were here to charge. The doorman said that no matter what you do, you can't park your car in a place that hinders traffic.
We have no choice but to leave, but even if we can charge, we can only put the car on the narrow steps. If you want to charge for a long time, people must stay in the car in case the owner comes back at any time or other vehicles are ready to move.
In the urban area, we tried two electric piles, and the results were not satisfactory. We found that there was a very obvious difference between the urban experience and yesterday's experience. In addition to the charge itself, there are many difficulties in other links, such as smoothly entering the community, finding a stable parking space, and relative parking fees. At present, everyone is in an extremely embarrassing state, and it is almost impossible for people outside the community to charge. So we decided to give up, keep trying, go back to the company and find the answers to all the questions we met in two days.
Summary: the experience of electric piles is limited, and the industry is in a dilemma.
Only one of the five attempts succeeded. It can be said that the current experience of * * * enjoying electric piles is not ideal. But in fact, when summing up the problems with my colleagues, I found that more complaints were concentrated on * * * electric piles, which are not suitable for people outside the community at present. Under the influence of comprehensive conditions, the * * * power sharing pile wants to develop reasonably, and only by paying attention to the optimization in the community can the user experience be gradually improved.
In order to establish a more perfect * * * electric pile system in the community, it is necessary to establish cooperation with the property, establish a targeted management system, allocate fixed parking spaces for * * * electric piles, and at the same time force the charging to be standardized, at least to solve the problem of charging difficulties for users in a small scale, and then consider how to open to the outside world.

Considering the shortage of parking spaces and charging efficiency, if there are five * * * shared electric piles in a community, the vehicles that can be served by DC fast charging in one day can't be compared with slow charging, which can also greatly stimulate the enthusiasm of electric vehicle users to use * * * shared electric piles.
At present, the * * * distribution piles can only meet the simple * * * enjoyment in the community at most, which is inefficient. But the friendliness to external users is very low. If your vehicle is in urgent need of charging on the road, it is best to give priority to public charging, and the price of finding piles will be more uniform.
