In order to further solve the problems of life and employment in party member and show the concern and help of the big family of Party organizations to party member, the "Four Pairs" activity was carried out in the form of "One Help, One More Help and One Collective Help" to provide long-term, meticulous and targeted help to party member.

1. Help target: party member who is unemployed, in financial difficulties, ill in bed for a long time, old and weak, and has ideological problems.

Second, help measures:

(1) Heart-to-heart ideological pairing: party member, who is more advanced in thought, helped party member, who is less advanced in thought, to do in-depth and meticulous ideological work.

(2) Economic twinning: The Party branch set up a "mutual aid fund for needy party member" through party member's voluntary donation, and the Party organization decided to help party member with financial difficulties and made it public within the Party. Can also be "one-on-one, many-to-many" form of twinning funding.

(3) Pairing hand in hand in life: Young party member should pair up with party member, who has been ill for a long time and is old and weak, and give him long-term life care and other help. Party member, who is unemployed, should make use of party member's "network of contacts" or the collective strength of the Party branch to help re-employment as much as possible. On major festivals or when party member is particularly difficult, the Party branch should offer sympathy and help to party member who is in trouble.

(4) Face-to-face work pairing: Work pairing: party member, who has strong working ability and energy, is paired with party member, who is relatively backward in work, providing face-to-face and hands-on help, learning from each other, promoting each other and improving together.
