I think hard: how can I contribute to the Olympic Games? Ah, I'm going to make a beautiful handicraft for the Olympic Committee to let people all over the world know that our children are original. So, I decided to be a little tumbler, representing China's position in the world.
I made this tumbler like this: I found an egg, a bowl, a long chopstick, some fine sand, a hibiscus leaf, a marker and glue. These tools and materials are all ready, and you can start making them. First of all, I knocked at the most pointed end of the egg a few times, and a thin crack appeared on the eggshell. I carefully poked it in with chopsticks and took it out again. A small hole appeared on the eggshell. After poking the hole, I poured all the egg whites and yolks into the bowl from this hole, and then put the empty eggshells in a sunny place to dry. After drying, put a third of the fine sand in it. I gently put the glass on the table, huh? How did the tumbler become an "easy tumbler"? I think there might be less sand. So I put another third of the fine sand in, but as soon as I let go, the tumbler was crooked again.
I sat on the stool with a bitter face, thought and thought, and finally came up with the answer: I didn't solidify the fine sand, so of course the tumbler couldn't stand it. So, I poured some egg whites into it and shook it carefully. This time, the little tumbler stood firm! Then I put some glue on the hibiscus leaves and covered the small hole in the tumbler's head with the hibiscus leaves. Finally, I draw small eyes, upturned nose, big mouth and ears on the eggshell with colored pens. This little tumbler finally made it!
Now, I put this small glass in a box covered with cotton and send it to you. Although it is so insignificant, it represents my heart. I hope my little gift will add luster to the Olympics!
