2. With the increase of wind speed, the output of generator increases. When the wind speed approaches 14 ~ 15m/s, the rated output (under standard air density) is reached, and the generator stalls when it exceeds the rated wind speed.
3. When the wind speed is higher than 25m/s for 10 minute, the unit will brake normally (pneumatic braking will act first, and the speed will be reduced to synchronous speed, and after the generator is off-grid and the speed is reduced to a certain value (which can be set), one of the two groups of hydraulic disc mechanical braking will act). For example, after the pneumatic braking action, the rotating speed cannot be reduced, and two sets of hydraulic disc mechanical brakes act at the same time).
4. When the wind speed is higher than 33m/s for 2 seconds, the unit will brake normally.
5. When the wind speed is higher than 50m/s and lasts for 1s, the unit will be braked safely (pneumatic braking and one set of hydraulic disc mechanical braking will act first, and the generator will be disconnected at the same time until the rotation speed of the generator drops to zero, and then another set of hydraulic disc mechanical braking will act).
6. In case of general failure, realize normal braking.
7. When encountering a specific fault, realize emergency braking (pneumatic braking and two sets of hydraulic disc mechanical braking act at the same time, and the generator is disconnected at the same time).
