Add a proper amount of starch to the prepared noodles and stir well. The amount of starch is about one fifth of that of noodles. Add as appropriate.

After the electric baking pan is heated, pour in the evenly stirred noodles and flatten them with a wooden shovel, not too thick! A little thinner will be more fragrant and brittle … so the thickness should not exceed about 6㎜ (you can brush a layer of oil on the back of the wooden shovel in advance, but it will not stick in the process of pressing the surface)
