Quality control circle (QCC) is a small group (also called QC group, generally about 6 people) composed of people who are the same, similar or complementary in the workplace. They are all cooperation, brainstorming, and solving problems and topics in work site, management and culture according to certain activity procedures and quality management tools.

As the name implies, nursing quality control circle is to use quality control circle to solve the problems existing in nursing work. For example, improving the satisfaction of inpatients can be solved through quality control circle. To solve this problem, the undergraduate department or relevant personnel voluntarily form a quality control circle, which basically includes 10 steps, including theme selection, activity planning, current situation investigation, goal setting, cause analysis, cause confirmation, countermeasure formulation, implementation, effect evaluation and standardization.
