(4) Organization Department:
The Organization Department of the College Youth League Committee is specifically responsible for the organization and construction of * * * * Youth League Committee, carrying out activities of the Youth League Committee, publicizing relevant knowledge of the Youth League Committee, improving the ideological quality of members, and guiding the youth league committees of all grades to carry out activities of the Youth League Committee; Responsible for the registration of group members, the development of new members, the handling of group membership cards and the collection and management of tour fees; Responsible for the rewards and punishments of league members, and recommend advanced collectives and individuals in colleges and universities; Guide the grassroots league branch to do a good job of "recommending outstanding league members to be the development targets of the party"; Check the members' violation of the articles of association and discipline, and supervise and deal with the grass-roots League branch that fails to exercise the discipline within the League in time according to the relevant provisions of the League Constitution; Do a good job in commending the May 4th Movement; Organize grass-roots League branches to carry out League Day activities, organize and coordinate League cadres and members to learn League knowledge, guide, supervise and assess the work of each League branch, and conduct appraisal; Formulate the articles of association and documents of the Youth League Committee of the College of Pharmacy, improve the daily work system, and institutionalize and standardize the work of the Youth League Committee of the College of Pharmacy; Responsible for the training and assessment of student cadres; Responsible for organizing the League building activities of the Youth League Committee.
(5) Propaganda Department:
Make use of various propaganda positions and means to effectively publicize various activities and establish a good image of the Youth League Committee of the College of Pharmacy; Cooperate with the work of schools and departments, and actively carry out ideological education for students; Assist other departments of the Communist Youth League Committee to complete the pre-publicity and post-data processing of activities;
