Centrality: the group focusing on digital transformation has formed a guiding strategy with the goal of focusing on business and customers. Organization/enterprise's new infrastructure builds roles, expertise, models, processes and systems to support the solidified outline of transformation.
Innovation and adaptability: Digital transformation has become a way of business, because managers and strategists realize that change is a normal state. It is necessary to establish a new ecosystem, determine and take actions according to the technology and market trends, and finally form a scale.
