I'm doing well in Me Before You-Mia's Thailand Adventure 20 17 Summer.
If I have to say what my seven-week trip to Thailand has brought me, I think I can only use the word refreshing. It is no exaggeration to say that these short seven weeks have broken the shackles of my life for 20 years and given me a brand-new Mia.

I have to take a risk to describe my initial decision. Looking back on the first 20 years of my life, I have never left home for such a long time, let alone lived abroad for nearly two months. My fantasy adventure in Thailand began when I stumbled to Baiyun Airport and almost missed my plane.

To tell the truth, I didn't have high expectations for this volunteer at first, but went to the countryside as an international version. Haha, I just made a difficult plan for my life. But from the moment I landed in Bangkok, the aiesec project in Thailand surprised me. The English level of local aiesecer, everyone's lively personality, the shock of IPS activities and the hosting of the global village have all opened my eyes. I patted my chest to assure you that they are the most attractive, creative and active people I have ever met. They were my first surprise in Bangkok.

To tell the truth, I am a careless and extroverted girl in China, and I am used to standing in the middle of the crowd to be the most eye-catching. But when I met volunteers from all over the world at IPS, I still felt timid and embarrassed. When I first came to Thailand, slow fever made me feel a little depressed. I am eager to integrate into this group, but I instinctively restrained myself a lot.

School life in Thailand is my second surprise! I never thought that such a strange country could give people such warm, wholehearted and even shocking hospitality. My project is education, and the school I am assigned to is also a relatively large religious school in Thailand. Compared with other EPs, I came to this school not so much to teach as to communicate.

It is a special experience to look at Thailand's education level and education system from the perspective of a bystander. I always complain about the education system in China, but I stand here and see the strength of my country. On many occasions, I am deeply proud that my motherland has given me such a good education.

Besides the other two EPs from China, there are lovely people from California, Indonesia and Viet Nam who go to my school! We spent six weeks together. From education to private life, all kinds of topics are beyond your imagination!

Thai children are often enthusiastic and lively, and they often have to face hundreds of pairs of enthusiastic eyes when walking in school. I often joke with Jung Soo Jung around me that I used up eye contact in my first 20 years in Thailand.

The teaching life from Monday to Friday is often tiring and long, and we will also encounter communication problems with elderly teachers in Thailand. At the same time, I also met a large group of young English teachers in schools, who are full of the vitality of young Thai people! We have too many common topics, and some will take us to drink coffee, take a walk, go shopping and eat delicious Thai hot pot after class, hahaha. I really miss them when I write these.

The biggest surprise in Thailand is probably the feeling of stumbling with a group of people from all over the world driving an open truck! Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Pattaya and Elephant Island are full of adventures every weekend because of them.

I don't know why, but I am attracted by my natural personality. I hang out with a group of Portuguese and Brazilians every day. Enthusiasm from Europe and South America has deeply subverted my lifestyle. I swear, this moment when we are together is the most relaxing and happy day for me in 20 years.

I miss them deeply when I write this?

Please say it again I mean everything.
