There are about 200 students with strict work requirements. The training of teaching assistants has been over for nearly three weeks. After a month's training, although it was hard, we did learn a lot from it and met many capable and passionate like-minded people. The first thing we learned in this teaching assistant group is unity and cooperation. Here we learned how to be a person and how to be a qualified teaching assistant. Secondly, we learned some basic skills.
First of all, talk about our outdoor training. I remember I was a little unhappy when I went to training for the first time, because I was usually sleeping on weekend mornings. When my roommate was still sleeping, I had to get up and train. Fortunately, there are two good friends in the class to accompany me, and my heart is much more balanced. It was extremely hot on the day of training, as if God were testing our will. You can imagine the hardships of training, but really we all stick to it like this. Although I sometimes think in my heart during training, isn't the teaching assistant training others? Why do we train ourselves like this? But in retrospect, what the seniors and sisters said was really right. How can you teach others if you can't teach yourself well? Standing up, walking forward and shouting slogans were all defeated by our strong will. During the training period, the small entertainment between classes may be our favorite link, because it not only allows us to have a rest and get to know each other, but also teaches us how to promote everyone's atmosphere, have fun in hardships and ease our mood in military training. The last item of training is to learn how to fold military quilts, which is really a fatal test for a person who doesn't have so high requirements for life (usually folding quilts is not very good)! There are four people in our group with three quilts, and none of them is easy to fold. They are folded and disassembled, disassembled and folded. Although we all work hard to fold, the quilt just doesn't live up to expectations. It just can't stand up, as if it were going to die without enough food. It's really anxious to watch everyone else fold into tofu and leave after passing the inspection one by one! The judges can't help laughing at our poor quilt, because it's really ugly! We had to tear it apart and fold it, but all the props (tables and chairs) we could use were still not folded. Later, we finally realized that the fault was not our technology, but the objective reason (poor quality of quilts). In this way, the judges really can't bear to let us do nothing and let us go back. After this incident, I also learned to persist.
We really learned a lot from this teaching assistant training. Teaching assistants themselves are a special kind of exercise. Teaching assistant training not only makes us handy in future military training, but also gives us a good exercise in will, social skills and communication skills.
