For example, there are typos in some documents, the written expression is not standardized, and the reasoning of some documents is too simple. Incomplete reasoning, lack of pertinence, and inaccurate application of laws in some legal documents lead to misjudgment or omission of judgment. From the analysis, there are many reasons for the above problems in the judgment documents. First of all, some judges have low professional quality, neglect of study and low writing level. Secondly, there is a lack of responsibility for formulating documents. Not paying enough attention to the production of judgment documents, not proofreading seriously, and not working seriously enough. In order to improve the quality of legal documents, we believe that we should first strengthen the study and training and improve the ability of judges to make judgment documents. At the same time, it is necessary to organize judges to learn new laws, regulations and judicial interpretations, improve the level of applicable laws, and correctly apply laws. Secondly, we should strengthen the guidance on the reform of judgment documents. Strengthen the reasoning part of the judgment document, apply simple cases tried by summary procedure, and the reasoning part can be omitted; In the case of ordinary procedure, the facts should be clearly stated, and the reasoning part should pay attention to the litigant's claim and describe the evidence, cross-examination and court authentication of the litigant in detail. At the same time, the admissibility of evidence should also be analyzed and explained. Third, it is necessary to strengthen the review of judgment documents, establish a judgment document inspection system, evaluate judgment documents regularly, find problems in time, seriously rectify and improve the quality of judgment documents. "Fair justice, serving the people wholeheartedly" should not just stay on the slogan, but should be reflected in the judgment documents through a fair trial of every case we handle. In today's society, the cultural quality of the parties is not very high, the law popularization is not enough, and the ability to understand the law is generally low. Therefore, when writing legal documents, you should not write like a research article, but an ordinary reader that most ordinary people can read.
