Corporate culture is a unique product rooted in corporate soil and closely related to enterprises. Most of the subordinate units of CSSC are military enterprises that have experienced decades or even hundreds of years of wind and rain. The long-term revolutionary traditional education and the military spirit of being able to endure hardship, fight, tackle key problems and contribute in the new period have cast the foundation of CSSC corporate culture. In order to adapt to the greater development of the group company, since 200 1, the group company has carried out research on corporate culture construction to promote the overall corporate culture construction of the group company. At present, the completed phased work is as follows:
(A) to carry out research to promote the construction of group culture
In order to build a group corporate culture full of vitality and characteristics of the times, 200 1, the group company issued a questionnaire survey outline for the construction of corporate culture to its affiliated enterprises and institutions. Through the questionnaire survey, we found the core values of the south of the Yangtze River, the spirit of Hudong China, the spirit of "helping each other in the same boat, creating dedication together" and the third-line military spirit of "pioneering dedication". At the same time, the group company organized a research group on corporate culture construction, and went to Baosteel Group, Shanghai Aerospace Group, Shanghai Automobile Group and Qingdao Haier Group to study and inspect the main practices, achievements and experiences of these enterprises in strengthening corporate culture construction, and how to build a corporate culture that meets the strategic development goals of CSSC. In Shanghai, a symposium attended by party and government leaders of Jiangnan Shipbuilding (Group) Co., Ltd., Hudong Zhonghua Shipbuilding (Group) Co., Ltd., Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Shipbuilding Design and Research Institute was organized to discuss and put forward a preliminary framework for the construction of CSSC corporate culture.
(2) Establish the group logo: CSSC
CSSC (abbreviation of China Shipping Corporation) is the abbreviation of China State Shipbuilding Corporation. "CSSC" has a striking, simple and exquisite style, and enjoys a good reputation among shipowners at home and abroad. After the establishment of CSSC, CSSC was clearly identified as the symbol of the group company and registered. At present, CSSC has become an important symbol for enterprises, institutions and employees to enhance their sense of group and overall situation, which is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. This has created favorable conditions for us to unify the group logo in a larger scope, do a good job in the group's "visual identification system" and show the group's external image.
(3) Establish the group cultural concept of "learning, innovation, implementation and improvement".
Facing the new century, new situation and new tasks, CSSC summarized and put forward the "eight-character policy" of "learning, innovation, implementation and improvement" in practice. Practice in recent years has proved that the "eight-character policy" not only effectively promoted the reform and development of the group company and its subordinate enterprises and institutions, but also laid a solid foundation for the construction of corporate culture of CSSC and laid a foundation for the construction of a unified CSSC cultural system. On this basis, CSSC is gradually summarizing and refining the group culture system covering five aspects: enterprise objectives, enterprise environment, enterprise image, enterprise management and enterprise spirit.
(4) Formulating norms for the construction of employees' professional ethics and enhancing corporate image.
Employee image is an important part of corporate image. Strengthening the construction of employees' professional ethics and establishing a standardized goal of professional ethics construction are the basis for cultivating and establishing a good employee image. At the beginning of 2002, according to the spirit of the Implementation Outline of Civic Morality Construction issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, CSIC formulated and issued the Opinions of China Shipbuilding Corporation on Implementing the Implementation Outline of Civic Morality Construction issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and put forward the basic requirements and overall objectives of employee professional ethics construction. Clarify the basic content of CSSC staff's professional ethics construction, that is, "dedication, honesty, cooperation, perfection, customer first, and dedication to society". According to the notice spirit of the group company, grass-roots units guide employees to actively practice the Basic Code of Professional Ethics for Employees of the Group Company, and seize the opportunity to carry out professional ethics education, organically combining building a world-class shipbuilding group, promoting the reform and development of the unit, and building the corporate culture and professional ethics of the group company. Over the past few years, all units have started from the construction of professional ethics, shaped a good corporate image, cultivated the internal quality of a shipping group, and established job specifications, job responsibilities and professional ethics codes of conduct for various types of work. Some enterprises have also summarized and refined the slogan of post professional ethics, which is infectious and easy to remember and inherit. Employees actively participate in various professional ethics construction activities, and are gradually forming a good sense of labor, responsibility, honesty, cooperation, service, efficiency and self-improvement, which adds a bright color to the overall new image of the group company.
(V) Innovative activity carriers and rich corporate culture.
Corporate culture is formed in the long-term practice of material civilization and spiritual civilization construction of specific enterprises, and is influenced and restricted by national cultural traditions, social and cultural environment and other factors. To build high-quality corporate culture and adapt to the greater development of CSSC, we must sum up the experience of grassroots corporate culture in an organized, led and planned way, and at the same time carry out healthy, elegant and enterprising corporate culture construction activities through innovative activity carriers to enrich the connotation of corporate culture. Since 1999, CSSC units in Beijing and enterprises and institutions in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Kowloon have carried out advanced appraisal, on-the-job training, skill competition, fitness activities, cultural performances and other activities according to local conditions, which have United people's hearts and exercised the team, further cultivated and shaped the excellent image of shipbuilding industry employees in the new period, and achieved the development goal of "531"of CSSC. At the same time, through the establishment of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, ship culture, China ship network and local area network of grass-roots units, the publicity work has entered a new field. More importantly, in the reform and development in recent years, the ideas of cadres and workers at all levels have changed. This change of thought contains the innovation of ideas, which in turn promotes the innovation of management and all kinds of work, enriching the connotation of corporate culture.
