First, enter cmd from the start menu to enter the command window, and then enter all programs that use this port in the command window.

Enter the command in the command window, and the interface will display the pid (process identifier) of all programs in the used port, and find the server port number to be used by the software you want to open. The local server port number used by Flyball here is 2425, and we need to find the pid number corresponding to 2425.

Then enter a command in the command window to search and filter the program software with the specified PID. As we can see from the figure, the program that occupies the port after searching and filtering is the fly ball itself.

Note: Many times the software program is actually opened in the background, but you can't see its active icon in the foreground, so you can't use it, which means the software is an occupied port.

Then we use the mouse to move to the activity bar at the bottom of the desktop and click the right mouse button-> In the displayed menu, click the start taskbar, find feiqiu.exe in the process, and then select this process to close it.

At this point, you can find your own software startup program, and then click the application startup. At this point, no existing program will occupy your port.
