Longxing Village is located 2 kilometers south of Tang Fang Town Government, bordering Weihe River in the south, Fangjian Village in the west, Wuer Village in the east and Dingjiabao in the north. The whole village consists of eight natural villages (Yuejia, Yinjia, Zhiyang, Yan Jia, Jijia, Tianjia, Liu Jia and Tibet), and governs 20 villagers' groups with 970 households and 4270 people. The village covers an area of 4,500 mu, with 2,893 mu of cultivated land and 0.67 mu of cultivated land per capita. The leading industries are mainly garlic, corn and wheat.

Longxing Village, also known as Guo Long Village, was named Jijiazhuang in the Western Han Dynasty. Because people surnamed Ji broke the law when they were officials, they had to be implicated in the nine clans and change their discipline one by one in order to escape. When Liu Xiu rebelled against Wang Mang, there was a young man named Jichang in the village. He was very powerful. He once got rid of the "human bear" on Beimang Mountain, and was blind because of too much force. At that time, there was a Gaozu Temple in Jijiazhuang. Ji Chang's father heard from the alchemist that dragon saliva can cure eye diseases. Because I mistakenly heard that the dragon's saliva was a dragon's face, I went to Gaozu Temple to scrape the gold powder on the statue of Gaozu. Just as Ji Fu was about to start work, he suddenly heard someone shouting, "Don't hurt my ancestors." It turned out to be Liu Xiu yelling. Liu Xiu was chased by Wang Mang's army and fled to Jijiazhuang, Li Huai County, and had a rest in the temple. Liu Xiu heard about the reason why her father scraped the gold powder on the high-impedance statue, and immediately went to Ji Chang's home to cure his eye disease. Later, Ji Chang fought side by side with Liu Xiu and became a general in the army. Liu Xiu also personally wrote the inscription "Never Poverty" for the Jichang family. Because Liu Xiu, the son of the real dragon, passed by, the villagers named this village Guo Long Village to commemorate this eternal honor. The villagers in Longxing Village mainly include Yue, Yin, Yan, Ji, Tian, Liu, Yang and Zhao. There are Ding, He, Pei, etc. Among them, Yue, Yin, Yan, Ji, Yang and Tian are the original residents of the village. Zhao moved to Xingping Xinzhuang, Ding and Pei moved to Dingjiabao, Xingping County, and the source of other surnames is unknown.
