Some enterprises euphemistically call it training for employees, claiming to stimulate their enterprising spirit and wolf nature and do all kinds of things that insult their dignity. Many enterprises have a common slogan, such as? To succeed, go crazy first? Like brainwashing the Oracle. Taking the sales with good performance as a case, these enterprises warn employees that they must be full of wolves if they want to make money successfully. In fact, some of them clap their hands and stomp their feet to shout slogans, some force employees to do difficult challenges on the grounds of team expansion, some even roll on the ground to thank the company, and the most serious thing is the wolf nature of slapping each other.
There are not a few such companies, and my previous company also had such training. Employees of all departments are required to carry out 72 hours of training, and each group competition will send water, drinks and flowers to the trainees. It's called customers. It's God's training. During the 72-hour check-in, employees had to dress up, and all kinds of wolves were awakened, some cried badly, some shouted dumb, got up early and went to bed late, sleeping only four or five hours a day. During the performance, some of these employees rolled on the ground, while others knelt on the ground and made many gaffes.
This kind of behavior is the morbid behavior of the company and disrespectful to employees. Second, it shows that these employees are under great economic pressure, and they are really shameless and have no self-esteem. I refused this kind of training and was talked to by team members, team leaders and company leaders. Finally, I left my job because I didn't recognize this psychotic corporate culture and didn't want to sell my dignity to make money.
My parents raised me with great pains. I will try to make money to repay my parents, but I will never betray my dignity. This is my bottom line. I feel that work is only to complete my duties within the specified time, not to be fooled like a clown. I signed a labor contract instead of a deed of sale.
