1. I finally understand what it means to be content and happy. If you don’t get it, don’t expect more. If you get it, don’t expect more. This should make you happy, but how can people live in such a Buddhist way? You always have to learn to fight for it, otherwise life wouldn't be boring.

2. My life is neither good nor too bad. I pay within my ability and get corresponding rewards. I am grateful for what I have and am content with what I have.

3. Learn to relax, learn to resolve, learn to be content, and learn to let go. Life is not easy, why bother with yourself. The ideal is too full, and the reality is so skinny. Be content and enjoy the present.

4. Everyone’s happiness is different. Don’t envy or compare. Be content and be content with everything.

9. Destiny comes and goes freely, contentment and constant happiness are blessings
