The equality of all people under communism means that "citizens of the People's Republic of China are equal before the law." It does not mean that everyone is equal. For example, the rights of ordinary citizens and citizens who are representatives of the National People's Congress are different. They are equal before the law, but not equal in legislation. This reason is easy to understand.

So there should be time and space limits for everyone to be equal. There can be no absolute equality for everyone.
