First, medicine: there are pharmacies, pharmacies, pharmacies, etc. In the market. Because of the physical diseases of all beings, they need medicine from pharmacies to treat them. However, we also have mental illness, which can only be cured by Buddhist medicine. Therefore, this "medicine" is more important to our life than pharmacies and pharmacies.
There is a kind of Buddha called "medicine", which gives us great enlightenment. We don't have to rely on medicine from pharmacists to cure it. Mainly to learn from the pharmacist Tathagata and save all beings with the medicine of Buddhism.
For example, for a person full of sadness and sadness, I give him a smile and he is happy. Smiling is a good medicine for sadness. A pessimistic and negative person, I say a few good words to comfort him, encourage him and cheer him up. Soft words and sweet words are good medicine. Someone was thirsty, so I gave him a cup of tea to quench his thirst. This cup of tea is a good medicine to quench his thirst. Someone is hungry, and I am fasting for the public. This is a medicine for hunger. Therefore, as long as we are willing to contribute, serve and become attached, everyone can come to Datong Cave as a Tathagata.
I often say that it is better to read Guanyin and worship Guanyin than to make Guanyin yourself; Similarly, we miss and worship the pharmacist Tathagata, and hope that everyone can be a pharmacist Tathagata, give people smiles, love words, give people tea, give people food, give people joy and encouragement, and cure all bad problems. This is the Buddha's heart of a pharmacist.
However, in our present society, many people refuse to give people good medicine, but instead give people poison. For example, mocking others with cold words, stimulating others with negative and pessimistic language, and even making irresponsible remarks and telling lies are just like using fake drugs to harm people. So we call it the name of the pharmacist Tathagata, and we should learn from the real medicine that the pharmacist Tathagata gives people compassion and joy.
In Buddhism, there is a term called "Akada medicine". Buddhism is medicine, which can cure the diseases of all beings and make us feel comfortable.
Doctors must go through seven years of training before they can practice medicine, some of them are brilliant and some are not. I hope that when we call the pharmacist Tathagata, we will give the world a dose of medicine of Buddhist truth with the heart of Buddha. This is our great responsibility to call the pharmacist Tathagata.
There are many teachers in the school. As long as they are people who have influence on us in society, we also respect them as teachers. Even the famous sayings and sentences left by the ancients are our teachers, even a dictionary, and they are teachers without words. Sometimes a theory, a poem, a word, a word is a word teacher.
In Buddhism, monks are called "wizards". A mage should take law as his teacher, truth as his teacher, and Hibido as his teacher.
The so-called "teacher" is a model of the world and should be respected by the public. China's so-called "respecting teachers and valuing morality" means respecting teachers and valuing morality.
Everyone in the world can be a "teacher", because even a Buddha can do it. What's wrong with being a teacher? But what should we do as other people's teachers? You don't have to be a teacher to give lectures on stage. Sometimes your dignity is very good and solemn, and others naturally regard you as their teacher. You are very motivated, hardworking and admirable, and others will respect you as a teacher. You are very reasonable and often solve problems for others. You are a master.
People in society call clothing tailors, hairdressers and beauticians. People here call pharmacists Tathagata, and everyone is Meixin's teacher. I hope that everyone should not only be pharmacists who treat diseases with medicine, but also be teachers who beautify the soul and purify our society with Buddhist heart.
Third, colored glaze: colored glaze is one of the seven treasures, and it is a treasure. There are gold and silver, pearls, dragonflies, agates and other material treasures in the world. But the "coloured glaze" here is a treasure of spiritual wisdom and life. Sometimes a good word we say is so precious; When I am very upset, give me a Buddhist book to get rid of my troubles. Too precious! These are more important than material wealth. Therefore, everyone should regard themselves as a precious piece of glass, solve people's difficulties like glass, increase the happiness and glory of others, and make people feel free and happy.
Helping others doesn't have to cost money. Sometimes it is more important to make efforts, say good words and do good deeds, because there are many magic weapons in it. Everyone has enough magic weapons, but most people can't use them. Some people say that I can't speak well, make contributions or do good deeds. It really doesn't matter. At least I have a heart. I wish others peace and happiness with a "heart fragrance" to increase happiness and wisdom. Perhaps others have not really benefited, but their kindness is enough to reach all the Buddhas in the third world, and their merits are boundless.
4. Lights: During the pharmacist meeting, everyone will light up. Why light a cigarette? Because light can break the darkness and make people feel warm, just like a fire in a stove, it can ripen food.
What can be compared with light in the world? Only Buddha (so-called "Buddha lighting", Buddha is like light, and chanting Buddha can be cheerful; Buddha, like light, can give us warmth and dependence. With the Buddha's light in your heart, you can become a saint, a Buddha and a ancestor, and mature and complete.
Someone asked: What is the most terrible thing in the world? Some people say: ghosts; Others say: people are more terrible than ghosts. Because ghosts can be prevented, people cannot be prevented. Ghosts harm people in dark places, and people sometimes calculate others in the dark. However, some people are not afraid of ghosts and people. For example, the wife calls Mr. Wang "dead ghost", which means ghosts are cute. Sometimes mothers call their children "imps" to show that they are not annoying. This means that people sometimes don't have to be afraid when they meet bad people. They must light up their hearts to break the darkness and see through the false tricks of human feelings in order to be safe. Therefore, the pharmacist glass light can protect our peace and happiness.
Taiwan Province Pharmacists Association was first advocated by me more than 30 years ago. Because I see that all believers are chanting Amitabha and hope to live in the western paradise. In fact, it is the same for pharmacists to come to the East.
When I read Amitabha, I hope to be introduced by Amitabha after my death. However, if you are a pharmacist, you can get the happiness of this world. I advocate Buddhism on earth, and I think happiness in this world is the most important. It is unrealistic to pin one's hopes on the unknown future without paying attention to worldly wealth and happiness. Moreover, according to the classic of pharmacologists, if someone wants to live in the western paradise, he can also live in the west by reading the name of the pharmacist Buddha. So I think the pharmacist method is the best and the most worthy of promotion.
In the past, the twelve wishes of the pharmacist Buddha were to relieve the suffering of all sentient beings, so that they could have enough roots and lead them to liberation. According to this wish, he became a Buddha, living in a clean glass world, and his country was as solemn as a paradise.
We must also swear to carry forward the spirit of pharmacists, help the suffering people and take care of all those in need:
I am willing to send medicine to the suffering people to make them healthy!
Second, I want to give food to the suffering people and make them full!
I hope to give the victims clothes and shoes to keep them warm!
Fourth, I want to give love to the suffering people and make them happy!
May we give convenience to the suffering people and make them smooth!
I hope to give alms to the suffering people and make them happy!
May the suffering people be fearless and let them be safe!
Eight wishes to give shelter to the victims and let them live!
Nine is willing to give respect to the suffering people and let them love themselves!
Ten people who are willing to give confidence to the suffering and make them rich!
I am willing to give happiness to the suffering people and make them happy!
I hope to give alms to those who suffer, so that they can be saved!
Pharmacists vowed to "benefit all sentient beings", wishing all sentient beings in the name of Tathagata to get rid of all diseases, be healthy in body and mind, and get rid of troubles and pains, which is really incredible. This method of secular happiness has a special relationship with all beings who suffer physically and mentally, so it is also widely circulated.
When one's disaster comes, how to eliminate it? I think:
The Buddha, the pharmacist, must make a wish, so that his will corresponds to the will of the pharmacist, and there will be strength, not to mention that without his will, no Buddha or bodhisattva can achieve it. How do you want to send it? What should I send? There are several ways:
I don't hate my mouth, I want to make people happy.
I want to give people happiness, I want to serve people.
I want to be an excellent volunteer, and I want to benefit all beings.
I want to respect others and educate my children well.
I want harmony between husband and wife, and I want to do good deeds.
I'm not jealous. I am not jealous of others.
As long as you are pious, any power of "willingness" has its merits, and you can naturally take refuge from disasters.
People's worries and sins, such as weeds in the field, will hinder the growth of seedlings, but if you are diligent in weeding (you don't make mistakes, you often repent your mistakes) and have great deeds, evil weeds will naturally not get in the way.
Therefore, the "pharmacist law" aimed at eliminating disasters and prolonging life can best meet the needs of today's mankind. To practice the "pharmacist law", we must first realize that disasters are caused by our karma. Therefore, if we want to eliminate disasters, we must first clean up our three industries, and prolonging life is not only to prolong the life of the body, but also to pray for the longevity of the family, children, career, morality and even the dharma body.
Methods of practicing pharmacist method:
Call the name wholeheartedly: read without reading, read without centrifugation, and naturally get the blessing of the pharmacist Tathagata.
Light a lamp: "The darkroom is always bright in Yi Deng", and light the external lamp to light the heart lamp.
Sailing solemn: Jianfang is one of the solemn tools in Buddhist Dharma. Although it is only a piece of cloth, it has the power to prolong life because of the blessing of Buddhism. If we can always hang the edifice of Buddhism in our hearts, we can ward off evil spirits, eliminate disasters and prolong life.
The mantra: when you hold the mantra to the point where your body and mind are consistent, you can stay away from reverse delusion and get induction.
Shoushan Temple, a branch of Foguang Mountain in Kaohsiung, has held pharmacists' dharma meetings every year for more than ten years. At the one-year law meeting, due to the pious induction of believers, tens of thousands of pieces of snuff relics were actually produced, and even seven or eight pieces were produced in one snuff, which were colorful, shiny and beautiful. I saw this snuff artifact with my own eyes. But strangely, some people take snuff back, but they can't point it out at home; Moreover, when entering a Buddhist temple in a temple, if someone talks or wears shoes to enter the temple, snuff will not leave the relic. At that time, dozens of people watched over hundreds of lanterns in the temple day and night. Under the guidance of sincere worship to Buddha, there are more and more relics of snuff, which greatly increases the confidence of believers. This snuff relic is a symbol of piety and efficacy.
