The first question is an examination of the conditions for citizens to enjoy rights. According to the provisions of our country's laws: In our country, all citizens, regardless of ethnicity, gender, origin, occupation, religious belief, education, property status and position, all equally enjoy the rights stipulated in the constitution and law.

The second question is an examination of the applicable laws on equality. Article 4 of my country’s Criminal Law stipulates that “anyone who commits a crime shall be treated equally in the application of the law. No one is allowed to have privileges beyond the law.” In other words, if the law is applied equally, there will be no privileges or discrimination.
