On July 22nd, I was lucky enough to attend the "Time Management" training class organized by the group. Although the training time is only one day, this training has benefited me a lot. Through this training and study, I further understand the significance and function of time management, clarify the basic concept and connotation of time management, understand the misunderstanding of time management, and learn and master the basic steps and methods of efficient time management.
Peter drucker, the world-famous "father of modern management", once said: "Time is an expensive and limited resource." This fully reflects the master's high awareness of time and attention to time management. Comparatively speaking, China people realized the importance of time management earlier. As early as more than two thousand years ago, when Confucius saw his disciples sleeping during the day, he sighed that "the deceased is like a husband, and he will not give up day and night." Another example is well-known aphorisms such as "Tomorrow comes tomorrow, how many tomorrows there are", "An inch of time is worth an inch of gold, and an inch of money can't buy an inch of time" and "Life is limited", which closely links time with people's lives and careers. Time is fair to everyone. The bank will deposit 86,400 seconds for everyone every day, and these 86,400 seconds will pass without mercy and will not stop for anyone or anything. Since the passage of time is an objective natural law, whatever people's will, what we can do is to plan, use and manage our time more reasonably. By strengthening the consciousness of time management, learning and mastering time management methods, formulating and implementing time management plans, testing the effect of time management, and constantly revising time management plans, we can efficiently complete related matters in our daily work and life, make full use of this precious resource endowed by nature, and create our own value.
I have always misunderstood the concept of time management, thinking that time management is to arrange time for everything. Through training and study, I realize that time management is not to finish everything, but to use time more effectively. On the one hand, time management should decide what to do and in what order to complete these things, on the other hand, it should also decide what not to do and try to eliminate external interference as much as possible. By planning in advance and controlling time, the variability of time arrangement is reduced, which lays the foundation for further implementation of time management. Therefore, efficient time management needs to arrange time reasonably according to the priorities of things, instead of "uniformly allocating time to everything", or dealing with things on a first-come-first-served basis, let alone dealing with all kinds of things at will.
In our daily life, some things often take a long time to complete. At this time, it is necessary to set short, medium and long-term goals, and then make plans to achieve them day by day, and allocate limited time and energy to strive for efficiency. In the specific operation process, according to the five principles of concrete, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-limited, the medium and long-term goals are decomposed into sub-goals that can actually guide behavior, and the implementation of each sub-goal is regularly checked, and the final goal is achieved through the gradual completion of sub-goals.
At the same time, we may encounter some accidents every day, and their appearance can easily interfere with the implementation of the original plan. Therefore, in the implementation of the plan, we should pay special attention not to arrange the time too full and have a certain degree of redundancy. You can plan 60%-80% of the time and reserve 20%-40% of the buffer time to ensure that you have enough time and energy to deal with emergencies and ensure the smooth implementation of the original plan. Of course, high-performance time management also requires the executor to have strong will and perseverance, and requires the executor to make work arrangements unswervingly according to the time management plan without interference from the external environment.
I am deeply impressed with the above points and still remember them. Thank you for arranging this rich time management training course. I will keep what I have learned in the training course in mind and apply it to my future work and life.

Recently, I explained "Management Talent Training" in * * for three days, and I felt that this group of supervisors was very cute, highly active and independent, and had a pleasant interaction. After all, each supervisor leads several to dozens of subordinates and studies every day.
It's like learning to be a parent after having a child, and learning to be a leader after being a supervisor. It's in that leadership position. To be a good leader, there is a very important premise, that is, to be a leader who can influence people, so as to continue and persist in this position. Being a leader is a self-cultivation work.
Basically, when a leader feels confident, the team will have confidence. When the leader is afraid, the team will start to be afraid. When the leader is willing to speak from the heart, the team will be willing to start opening up. When leaders are willing to take the lead in humor, the team will begin to be full of laughter and vitality. When the leader starts to bird, the team starts to bird. How to know what kind of leader depends on the team. In short, mentality determines leadership.
When dealing with the problems of subordinates, I first listen to their problems and countermeasures. When I comment on them, I can hear that some experienced supervisors will take effective measures to deal with the various situations of their subordinates, and will recommend everyone to read the book "The Weakness of Human Nature". Similarly, I will also see some communication problems of supervisors, and I can clearly hear them blaming their subordinates. The definition of responsibility depends on themselves, not others.
There are always more solutions than problems. As long as a person doesn't give up, he can always find five, 10 or even a hundred methods for a goal, whether he wants to do it himself, learn from others' methods, or meet a dead mouse by chance. No matter whether it is a black cat or a white cat, as long as it can catch mice, it is a good cat. As long as the method is effective, it is worth a try. And we can also see some people, even these people have high academic qualifications. According to my own experience and evaluation, there may be five ways to achieve a goal. When these five methods are exhausted, they will spread their hands and say that they have tried their best and there is nothing they can do. In my experience, there is no failure, only failure, and the difference between them is only my own giving up. So the size of the target is not important. What matters is the process of achieving the goal, what mentality you have, what you have learned to correct and who you are. As long as you try 100 methods, you can achieve the goal, so don't be too polite to the goal. The high performance of the team and the high income of the individual will do, as long as you attract the team or yourself.
When playing power grid games, we can see that a * * * must be able to boost morale and let the team's strength generate come out. Otherwise, it is likely to become a stumbling block to the team. If * * * doesn't give up, the team won't give up. If the team is willing to continue to act, it will naturally find a way to pass the test.
Facing different types of subordinates and bosses, each has its own communication focus. Some people care about the result, some care about the process, some care about applause, some care about the sense of belonging, and different people should use different communication methods to achieve the management effect. Knowing the key points that different people care about, it is easy to communicate each other's concerns and avoid the trap of stepping on the air.

Recently, I have been deeply touched by the study of modern enterprise management. The following is my experience in learning modern enterprise management. With the development of high technology and social progress, western modern management tends to challenge traditional management, emphasizing the softening of management and attaching importance to the art of management. Enterprise management not only needs "rationality", "rules and regulations" and "hard" factors; It also needs "irrational" and "soft" factors. The word management means jurisdiction, control and disposal. The so-called management is the activity that managers control the system in order to achieve certain goals. That is, through a series of control activities such as planning, organizing, regulating and supervising, the expected goal is achieved. "Art" is a social ideology that reflects reality with images. The word "art" often gives people a feeling of beauty. Just as the works of writers and artists have strong artistry, management and leadership also have their own management and leadership arts. The so-called management art is the wisdom, talent and skills of managers to analyze and solve problems. It refers to the creative management skills and management skills in management activities; It refers to the flexible strategies, unique ways, appropriate means and ingenious methods of managers. Belonging to the category of methodology, clever use of management methods is the art of management. The art of management is a very subtle thing, which is a comprehensive embodiment of the wisdom, talent, experience and courage of managers. It is a kind of ability for managers to use knowledge, experience and wisdom to do a good job in management, which embodies the proficiency and level of managers in dealing with and solving problems.
Management is both a science and an art. The subject knowledge reflecting this work includes both management science and management art. I just want to talk about the art of management here. The management of socialist modernization, especially the management of modern mass production, is complicated. Managers must improve their management art level if they want to do a good job in management. Improving the artistic level of management is the direct requirement of management effectiveness, an important guarantee for managers to realize their management responsibilities, and the key for managers. Therefore, it is very meaningful to study and study management art. Most successful enterprises have their own internal skills and external opportunities. Only by being good at turning the painful price paid by others into your precious spiritual wealth can you avoid repeating the same mistakes. Therefore, rational thinking and comparative analysis of successful and failed enterprises can provide effective reference for enterprise management. If an enterprise wants to succeed, it must pay attention to the following points:
1, the unification of long-term and timely enterprise strategy.
Enterprise strategy refers to the overall planning made by an enterprise to achieve its overall tasks and objectives, which obviously has long-term characteristics. At the same time, enterprise strategy is a process of maintaining and strengthening the adaptability between enterprise resources and strength and changing environment. Therefore, it has the characteristics of timeliness and adaptability
2. The scale of the enterprise should match the enterprise's own resources.
Enterprises should avoid unrealistic diversification in scale expansion. In 10, the net assets of Volkswagen taxis increased from 0 to/kloc-0.05 billion yuan, taking a road of scale expansion, but always adhered to the principle of "don't do it if you are not strong, don't do it if you are not familiar with it, and don't do it if you are not good" to determine the scope of doing something. The main reason for the failure of the giant group is that the scale of unrelated diversification is out of control, and the overwhelming "life-prolonging and treasure-preserving scheme" in previous years has now fallen silent. The reason is also greed, from rapid expansion to vicious expansion, which leads to uncontrollable. 3. Strong and United leadership. Every successful enterprise and top management must have a leading team with excellent performance. These people trust each other, sincerely share the same ideal, and at the same time have the talents needed in their respective fields.
4. Brand strategy is an important means of enterprise success.
The competition of modern enterprises is not only the competition of product quality and style, but also the competition of intangible assets.
5. The participation of talents and employees is an important weight for the success of enterprises.
General Electric under Welch's leadership is famous for attaching importance to talents and has formed unique experience in the cultivation and use of talents. There is a business development research institute in the company, which is also a school for training business talents. The annual budget is as high as $654.38+0 billion, and the number of senior managers is as high as 654.38+0 million. As the chairman and CEO, Welch's important job is to give a lecture at the institute once a month. Welch regards hating bureaucracy as the first of all talents' qualities, which is a shock to China managers who are used to seniority.
6. Innovation is the soul of enterprise development.
In innovation management, Haier Group is the most successful enterprise in China. Since 1984, Haier has achieved an average of one new product and two patents a day, with a total of 8600 products in 42 categories. Five years ago, Haier established Qingdao Higo Design Co., Ltd. in cooperation with Japanese GK Design Company. At present, the company has 6 design branches and 10 information stations around the world. Product design has developed from the initial single refrigerator product to all household appliances, which has enabled Haier's overseas market products to achieve localized design, that is, to develop and design according to the consumption needs of different countries and regions.
