At the beginning of the year, we held an activity to learn from and compare with the schools directly under the municipal government. By learning from each other, comparing with each other, summing up achievements, refining characteristics, and sorting out ideas, an upsurge of catching up and striving for "good schools" has been formed. Is a school with beautiful buildings a good school? Not necessarily, just as a person's temperament does not depend on what he wears, building facilities are only the hardware conditions of a "good school". Is a school with good students a good school? What's more, a "good school" depends not on the entrance conditions of students, but on the changes of students from "entering" to "leaving". So, what is a good school? The premise of a good school is to have an advanced concept of running a school. The concept of running a school is the starting point and destination of running a school, and it is the soul of the school, which is reflected in the smiling faces of teachers and students on campus. We often say that "a good principal is a good school", which mainly means that a good principal can have advanced school-running ideas and lead the development of the school with ideas.
