"No one can be left behind" comes from The Analects of Wei Linggong. Its main meaning is to express that everyone should be educated, and there should be no classification, let alone class and rich and poor.
Confucius was the first person to put forward heuristic teaching, and he also made great achievements in educational thought. Many educational methods are still in use today, such as "learning from the country to help the world", "teaching students in accordance with their aptitude", "reviewing the past to learn the new" and "drawing inferences from one example to another". In addition, Confucius also attached great importance to children's education and enlightenment education.
Confucius' educational thoughts mainly include:
1, knowing means knowing, and not knowing means not knowing: this is the basic quality of seeking truth from facts;
2. Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude: different educational methods are adopted according to different personalities to enhance the teaching effect;
3, a threesome, there must be my teacher: only by humbly asking others, can we constantly improve ourselves;
4. Be diligent in thinking: be diligent in learning and asking questions to acquire knowledge;
5, review the old and learn the new: always review the knowledge you have learned before, in order to learn new knowledge well;
6. Don't be ashamed to ask questions: encourage everyone to learn with an open mind and ask for advice with an open mind.
