Li Bing is a water conservancy expert who traveled in ancient times. I have proof.
If the institutions in the world are ranked by popularity, then the time and space administration is likely to be just below the surface. It has tens of thousands of professionals who manage the space-time order of the whole earth without leaving any trace. I don't know why, because I'm just an intern and I'm still in the most marginal department-the ancient information department. The usual job is to sort out the information, monitor the duty, and avoid time travelers from disturbing the order. In short, it's boring, but recently, in 256-25 BC1,I found an interesting person. His name is Li Bing, a super genius in water conservancy, and he is suspected of being a time traveler. -1- Li Bing lived from about 305 BC to 235 BC, that is, during the Warring States Period. There is little information about his life. Some people say that he is from Shanxi, while others say that he is from Qin. But one thing is certain, the most important thing in his life happened in Shu. He led the people of Sichuan to build Dujiangyan, which not only controlled water, but also irrigated farmland, making Chengdu Plain a "land of abundance". You know, how difficult it is, to quote Li Bai, a Shu native, that is, "it is difficult to go to the sky." Because more than 200 million years ago, Sichuan Basin was still an inland lake. Later, due to the crustal movement and the uplift of the Simian Mountain, the lake basin gradually rose to form a basin. However, at this time, the Sichuan Basin is uninhabitable, not to mention the "land of abundance", and it is flooded every rainy season. There is an important river called Minjiang River in Chengdu Plain. The ancient Shu civilization originated in the upper reaches of Minjiang River and experienced five periods: Can Cong, Guanbai, Yufu, Duyu and Ming Kai. Dayu once diverted water from Minshan to the Yangtze River, and one of the tasks of ancient Shu emperors was to control water. There is a record of Yu Fu's "Governing the River and Leading the Way", and Master Roshi is also known as the emperor because he is good at managing water. In short, in this place, water control is a major event of people's livelihood, but the flood is sinister, the terrain is unfavorable and there are many difficulties. That's why I doubt Li Bing. Dujiangyan, which he led to build, is more exquisite than all previous water conservancy projects. It has been running as usual for more than 2,000 years, which can be described as ingenious. Let me introduce you. Dujiangyan is located on the Minjiang River, and its first pass is a fishmouth-shaped diversion dam, which is built at the corner of the Minjiang River. Here, the turbulent river will be divided into outer river and inner river, with the outer river flooding and the inner river entering the Chengdu Plain for irrigation. Li Bing makes the riverbed of Neijiang lower than that of Waijiang. In dry season, 60% of water can enter Neijiang and 40% can be discharged to Waijiang. When the summer flood comes, 60% of the water will be discharged to Waijiang and 40% will enter Neijiang because of the principle of curve dynamics. Moreover, the riverbed at the entrance of Neijiang River sinks and the outer river rises. According to the principle of water and sediment diversion around the bend, the clear water on the water surface will flow to the concave, while the turbid bottom water will flow to the convex. In this way, a lot of sand and gravel will be taken away by the outer river. The water entering Neijiang still carries a lot of sand and gravel, and the second sand discharge requires a flying sand weir. Sha Fei weir is a low weir on the outside of Neijiang, with a narrow bottle mouth below. When the water flows to the flying sand weir, it will be limited by the bottle mouth and supported by the hills to form a vortex, and the sand will be thrown out of the flying sand weir. The last checkpoint for Neijiang to enter Chengdu Plain is Baokoukou, which plays a role in controlling water flow. When the Neijiang River exceeds the upper limit of Baokou's discharge, the excess water will be discharged into the Waijiang River from the Sha Fei weir to realize the secondary flood discharge. These flowing waters will be continuously led to ten thousand mu of farmland in Chengdu Plain. -3- A Dujiangyan, benefiting tens of millions of Shu people. It can not only prevent floods and release sand, but also irrigate shipping. Since then, Chengdu Plain has become a land of abundance, dependent on people and ignorant of hunger. No wonder many people suspect that Li Bing crossed over. However, further reading the materials, I found that this seems to be a historical necessity. During the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, there were many large and small countries in Sichuan Basin, including Pakistan, Shu and Ju. Supplementary country is a country separated from Pakistan, and Shu country is a enfeoffment country, but they do not communicate with each other. Bashu United, Shu allied with the supplementary country, and wars continued and internal friction continued. In 3 19 BC, several countries fought again. Pakistan perished, but was defeated by Shu. Shu turned to Qin for help, and Qin also sent envoys to form an alliance with Qin, hoping that they would not interfere with Qin. But at that time, the Qin state, which was militarily powerful, obviously had other ideas. They wanted to unify all countries. Therefore, King Hui of Qin listened to Sima Cuo's suggestion and joined hands with Pakistan to destroy Shu first, then annex Shu, and finally seize the opportunity to destroy Pakistan and unify Sichuan. For Qin, the annexation of Bashu was a correct decision, which provided materials and maritime transportation for Qin to unify the six countries later. However, after the merger, Shu was once in a state of chaos. Until 256 BC, the state of Qin appointed Li Bing as the county chief, carrying out various livelihood construction, building water conservancy, repairing bridges and roads, and developing salt wells. In the era of our department management, people regarded floods and wild animals as two major disasters in cholera. By 20 19, wild animals can't be prevented, but the flood is still "ruthless". In August, super typhoon Lichima arrived, and Zhejiang, Shandong, Jiangsu and other places suffered great floods. I hate to see this. More than two thousand years have passed, and human science and technology have made great progress, but they are still small in front of nature. However, human beings have more ways to deal with floods and less fear. Man and nature have never been antagonistic. People who control water in past dynasties have an experience-"controlling water with water", that is, according to the characteristics of water flowing downwards, using the energy of water itself to achieve the purpose of benefiting and avoiding harm. Dujiangyan built by Li Bing is natural and respected without large-scale dam construction. On the unearthed stone statue of Li Bing, the words "precious water is endless" are engraved, so that everyone should respect water from generation to generation. He also has a famous saying about water control, that is, "deep scouring beach, low weir", which means that Neijiang should be built to a certain depth every year, and the flying sand weir should be low to a certain extent, so as to ensure sufficient irrigation water and no waterlogging. In 2009, Ren, president of Huawei, mentioned this concept, and he thought this sentence could also be applied to enterprise development. Business should be "dug deep", internal operating costs should be reduced by innovative technology and management, profits should be dug out, and external business should be "low-level" to create long-term value for customers. I am also deeply inspired that water management is like managing life, and we can't just demand high from the outside world and low from ourselves. In the vast universe, as the manager of space-time order, we also need to think about what is "blocking". Editor Xie Jingchuan
