"It's hard to raise a female villain. If you are near, you won't have grandchildren. If you are far away, you will complain." -The Analects of Confucius Yang Huo is widely regarded as an argument that Confucius despises women and manual workers. Even overseas people who sincerely respect Confucius find it difficult to say it, and they say helplessly, "Confucius is wrong." The previous sentence here, "Only women are difficult to raise", has almost become a famous saying in the traditional patriarchal society. The last sentence was almost forgotten. When you think about it, these two sentences are full stops and complete sentences. Why was it taken out of context by later generations, and the second half sentence was omitted, but the first half sentence became a famous saying? This is really an interesting negligence or forgetting.
