Ran Min, Han nationality, the word Yong Zeng, was born in Liyang, the capital of Han riding, and has been a tooth guard for generations. Ran Min is the grandson of Shi Hu, the emperor of the post-Zhao Dynasty, and the founding emperor of Wei Ran in the period of Five Lakes and Sixteen Countries in the late Western Jin Dynasty in China. After his death, he was chased by the then Yan State as the mourning king of Wu. The epitaph of Ran Min's descendants called Ran Min "Emperor Ping".
