China FC- 1 Xiaolong fighter designed a new generation of four-redundancy longitudinal fly-by-wire control system. The flight control system of FC- 1 Xiaolong fighter adopts hybrid power system, which adopts both traditional hydraulic transmission and fly-by-wire control system. Dual redundancy longitudinal transmission control system is combined with traditional mechanical control mode. This design takes into account maneuverability, pilot's operating intensity and intuition. It not only enhances the stability and controllability, but also avoids the technical risk and high cost brought by simply applying the telex system. It is expected that the fly-by-wire control system will be fully applied to the flight control system in the future.
At present, the most advanced fighter in China, J 10, has been published, which has broken through the fly-by-wire control system, which is the biggest feature and technical bottleneck of the third generation aircraft. 1In March, 1996, the success of the "Iron Bird" platform test played an important role in ensuring the success of the first flight of the J-10 fighter in the future, making the digital fly-by-wire flight control system with great risks, technical difficulties and the most worrying thing become the most reassuring system for test pilots. Throughout the world, many countries have paid a heavy price in the development of fly-by-wire control system. During the development of advanced third-generation fighters such as American F- 16, Swedish JAS-39 and American F-22 fourth-generation fighters, there have been crashes caused by the failure of the fly-by-wire control system. At present, there is only J-10 in China. In the whole project development process, there has never been a plane crash caused by the failure of the fly-by-wire control system, which shows that China has been ahead of the world in the field of advanced flight control technology.
