Students are people with subjective initiative. They take part in learning activities with their own interests, knowledge, experience and thinking, and become an inseparable part of teaching activities. The relationship between teachers and students is not handled well. Even if teachers are rich in knowledge, it is difficult to achieve the purpose of "preaching, teaching and dispelling doubts". Under the new curriculum standards, the relationship between teachers and students in teaching activities should be "democratic and equal". Successful teaching depends on a sincere understanding and trust, and art teachers rely more on personal personality charm. To this end, we should consciously improve our self-cultivation, broaden our knowledge horizons, cultivate professionalism, enhance education and art, and strive to become a person with personality charm. Guide and organize students' activities in a democratic way, and establish a harmonious, happy and mutually promoting relationship between teachers and students in classroom teaching.
Second, there are no classes in teaching.
"Teaching without class" is the most touching sentence in the book "Learning from Confucius as a Teacher". There is no pressure of grade requirement in art class, so it will be easier to achieve these two famous sayings of Confucius: "Teach all students in accordance with their aptitude" and "Teach students in accordance with their aptitude". Just like "there are no two identical leaves in the world", there will be no two identical students. I always remind myself that every student has the potential to learn art, and everyone will develop to varying degrees. I tried hierarchical teaching, that is, hierarchical marking, hierarchical teaching and hierarchical training. Classroom is no longer a single standard and unified requirement. For example, in the study of "Interesting People", the first volume of the fifth grade, I will design three kinds of homework for students to choose from. One is to write in bold and song style; Change of design color; One is to beautify their own names, and strive to make students at different levels have their own positioning. Only a relaxed, equal and harmonious classroom can let students freely play their enthusiasm and initiative in learning.
Third, the teaching methods are flexible and diverse.
With the increase of age and the aggravation of learning tasks, students' interest in learning art is short-lived, changeable and lacking. In the teaching design of each class, I put "stimulating interest" in the first place.
Introduction of novels: magic, telling stories, playing games, playing music, playing videos, showing objects, demonstrating paintings, etc. As soon as students enter the classroom, they will enter an excited state and have a strong learning mood and desire.
Teaching in close contact with life: For example, in the first volume of Grade One, it rained, so I broke away from the normal mode and tried to adjust the teaching time. When it rains, I let students go out of the classroom and play in the rain, so that my personal experience can expand students' creative space. In my homework, there are their vivid works such as Mess in the Rain, Lovely Flower Umbrella and My Shoes are Wet. Reconstruction of teaching materials: increase poster homework for school sports meeting, poster for celebrating June 1 ST, water-saving propaganda cartoon and exhibition of old things reconstruction works in different grades? You can even expand the handicraft classes you are interested in, or make lanterns on the Lantern Festival and carnations on Mother's Day. Let what students have learned "come in handy", improve the interest and normalization of art classes, and let students have a lasting enthusiasm for art learning.
Fourth, rich and interesting teaching methods Einstein said: "For everything, only love is the best teacher." Therefore, teachers need to create various ways in the classroom to give full play to the unique charm of art and help students gain lasting interest in art learning.
(A) clever use of teaching media
Audio-visual means of audio-visual education, full of sound and vivid images, can provide students with a large number of intuitive and vivid perceptual materials from all angles and attract students to concentrate on their studies.
For example, in the sixth-grade "Distant" class, animation can be used to intuitively present the perspective law of "near the big and far the small, near the high and far the low, near the real and far the virtual", which can not only easily break through the teaching difficulties, but also stimulate students' interest in learning.
Motivation and interest.
(B) the transformation of teaching venues
The playground is a paradise that students yearn for, like some sketching classes, painting creation classes and handicraft classes. If we can find a reason to go out, we will all attend outside. At first, I was worried about discipline, hygiene and the effect of classroom teaching. I didn't expect students to care more about the class image, and the children are particularly self-disciplined. With this freedom and happiness, they especially look forward to art classes. (3) Creating an artistic atmosphere of "protecting cultural relics", "sketching landscapes" and "looking for beautiful footprints" can help students get out of textbooks and campus, carry out field teaching in practical activities, cultivate interest, enrich knowledge and broaden their horizons.
Encourage and support students to actively participate in various beneficial art activities inside and outside the school, increase their knowledge, persist in exercise, and cultivate art learning into a lasting or even lifelong hobby.
Fifth, be kind to students' homework.
Every point and line depicted by students is a reflection of the inner world and an external expression of emotion. Art teachers should take it seriously and experience it carefully.
I use interactive evaluation more in class, and students actively participate in evaluation and share happiness with each other. Through appreciation and mutual selection, excellent works are selected and brought to other classes for exhibition, which not only satisfies the author's "desire for success", but also provides a platform for everyone to learn and communicate with each other. Every semester, class painters and grade painters will be further selected to encourage students to fall in love with art with positive actions.
Interest is a great motivation for students' learning and development. How to keep students' interest in art study for a long time? This needs further exploration and discussion in practice. It is my goal to make students have fun in art class, middle school and school. I hope art can become a lifelong hobby of children.
