Translated into vernacular Chinese: Nanzi was in a curtain made of Gebu. After Confucius entered, he bowed to the north. Nanzi returned the gift in the curtain, and the jades worn on his body collided with each other and made a crisp sound. Confucius said, "I didn't want to see her in the first place, but now that I have to, I have to pay her back." Zilu is unhappy. Although according to Zhu Xi's annotation, "Nanzi has committed adultery." However, Confucius was 56 years old at that time, and as a celebrity who lived in Weiguo and went to the palace for the first time to meet the monarch's wife, he dared not lend Confucius ten courage.
According to Zhu Xi's analysis, Zilu was unhappy because he looked down on Nanzi's conduct and thought Nanzi's behavior was not ethical. It was obviously beneath Confucius' dignity to meet such a person. This is the reason why Zilu is unhappy.
After more than a month, Wei Linggong and Nanzi went out in the same car, and Confucius sat in the second car to follow. Confucius sighed a famous saying to himself: "I have never seen a good virtue like a good color." I haven't seen anyone who likes morality as much as beauty. Later generations commented that this sentence was a satire on Wei Linggong. But who knows if Confucius is feeling sorry for himself and hurting himself! ? Because this sentence can also be understood as even Kong Qiu is hard to escape!
In fact, what can be blamed for Confucius' excitement at the sight of beautiful women? "Food color is also." There's no point in suspecting that Confucius' lust for love is rippling. Confucius' sage is also a mortal, and there is also worldly desires. "Everyone has a love for beauty.".

originally, there was nothing wrong with this passage in Historical Records. It is strange that Mr. Sima Qian described the scene of the meeting in such a concrete way that he didn't even ignore the sound of jade, but there was not a word about the specific content of the meeting! Confucius' meeting with Nanzi was not a big deal. He didn't talk about politics or the Six Arts. The meeting didn't form a white paper or anything like that. Just four words-"Seeing Nanzi"-were enough. However, Mr. Sima Qian used a lot of pen and ink to record this matter, which is very intriguing in itself.
