Where is the dignity of the law?
The dignity of law is "political stability" (the purpose of quotation marks is to emphasize its proper noun attribute rather than language attribute). Law is just a political tool, but a political tool is not just a law. So in reality, some laws will be implemented flexibly. Therefore, it is dangerous for legislators to act completely in accordance with "bookishness" in legislation. Generally speaking, we can't turn a blind eye to "dirty" because we believe in "positive energy". In order to achieve 100% law enforcement efficiency, it is sometimes necessary to compromise the "dirty" that cannot be eradicated.
