Confucius' benevolence and righteousness and modern benevolence and righteousness are two different things. The real advantages of Confucius are: pursuing, traveling around the world for ideals, and happily forgetting the past when writing books; Communicate with people, seek common ground while reserving differences, but do not lose principle; Optimistic by nature, easy to make friends and know how to put yourself in others' shoes. But there are many words in The Analects that are not the original words of Confucius. Personally, I think it was added by feudal rulers combined with literati at that time. For example, the group is not a party. After all, what the feudal monarch was most afraid of was that someone in the imperial court formed a party for personal gain and harmed the interests of the king. The Analects of Confucius has been lost, increasing and decreasing through the ages. The feudal monarch controlled the artifacts of the country, and it was not troublesome to move a little. Modern people still have to have their own thinking. What has settled down in history has advantages, but it can't hide its limitations.
