What are the local customs and eating habits? Choose three or five shops with the best business, aim at the most famous local shops, understand the reasons for their success, and understand their daily business income. After collecting the above information, the obtained information will be evaluated. This evaluation report must be detailed. This is related to your future success or failure and profit or loss. Can't be careless. According to this evaluation report, you can decide the level of the hotel (that is, the level) and make various plans and steps.
Third, the investment budget
The grade is set, and the investment amount must be enough to cope with future operations. How can we know how much money is needed to deal with future actions? The first is * previous work experience. If you don't have enough experience, you need to do a market survey, understand the prices of various projects, learn about various procedures and prices from decoration design companies, and then make layout (planning) according to the set level (that is, which floor or place is most suitable for various functions), because the quality of layout involves the amount of investment. Therefore, before the decoration design, we must have a meeting with the staff of the design company to discuss the layout plan. From my past experience, most decoration designers only consider the beauty of one-sided decoration, ignoring whether the employees' future operations and functions are reasonable and smooth. Sometimes, some places have to be demolished and rebuilt in the middle of renovation, which is a waste of money and time. So we definitely need to collect more professional opinions, avoid detours in design, save time and avoid wasting money in layout. According to the set level, arrange the equipment and articles to be used in the future, and make sure that the quantity of all materials and equipment is well matched. Calculate the required funds according to the quantity of all materials and equipment. Then you will be much smoother in the future operation.
Fourth, the use of funds.
Because planning to invest in hotels requires a lot of money. Although the boss is strong and well-funded, he must understand that businessmen are not prepared to use all the funds, but can only pay by installments and allocate funds as planned, so he must make a plan to spend money. For example, when booking renovation contract, what percentage of deposit should be paid, how much should be paid after the renovation progress reaches a certain percentage, and how much should be paid for kitchen equipment, as well as clothing, linen, floor supplies, ceramic utensils and various disposable items. All these should be booked and paid in one lump sum to prepare for the transfer of funds, and the image and reputation of the hotel should not be affected by delay or delay.

Subtract the total monthly business amount from the monthly purchase amount, and you will know what the gross profit is this month. If you have a monthly net profit of 6,543,800 yuan, you will know when you can recover the investment amount. In the production of products, it will take a period of time to ask, understand the opinions and feedback information of guests, and make improvements to cater to the tastes of guests; In terms of external publicity, only one advertising campaign will not produce immediate results. It will take some time for supervisors and waiters at all levels to make a deep impression of being at home and being worth the money in the hearts of guests, and with long-term advertising, the hotel can be brought into the track of making money. Our cause is not smooth sailing, just like a ship sailing in the sea in a typhoon. If we are not careful, it will sink and drown.
