Various utilitarian desires bind the human mind. If such restraints are removed, the mind will be undisturbed and in a peaceful state. When the mind is peaceful, it will be quiet, and if it is quiet, it will be clear and clear. If you are thorough, you can be ethereal, and if you are ethereal, you can "do nothing and do nothing". The so-called "doing nothing without doing anything" is "wandering", which means that the subject's psychology moves from stillness to a state of high freedom.
