Lao Tzu also said: "If you are surprised by the gods, you will see everything, and if you see everything, you will be greedy, and if you are greedy, you will be troubled, worried and delusional, and you will be humiliated, wandering for life and death, often sinking into the sea of suffering, and never distorting the Tao." Guys, why are you upset? You are open-minded, open-minded, and you like everything you see, but it's not yours. For example, you often visit department stores, and I guarantee you a lot of troubles. What should you do when you see these things are very cute? Therefore, the more you open your heart, the more troubles you have, and the more you close your heart, the less troubles you have. Therefore, always ask "You can, why can't I?" Don't ask, "I can, why can't you?" You ask, "I can, why can't you?" Only hate, if you ask "you can, why can't I?" Only regret, it's no harm to regret, hate is useless, God doesn't kill those who repent, and the heinous crime is not worth a word "regret". Putting down the butcher's knife can make a Buddha, so regret has nothing to do. For example, there are 95 faculty members in my school, and 93 people have done it, but one or two people can't do it. What should I do? I just think about it, it must be that my expression ability is too poor, and they can't understand my good intentions. The second possibility is that my cultivation is not enough. He regards me as his chief, and I can't convince him. I think it's my fault, not him, so I am calm. So think of yourself first, don't look at others, it's very painful to stare at others. Thinking about yourself will be very free and easy, so introspection is very important. Confucius's "loyalty and forgiveness" means that everything starts from oneself, and forgiveness means thinking more about others. Confucius's way of loyalty and forgiveness is as simple as that. Loyalty means doing one's best and starting from oneself. Like the recent crackdown on vice, everything starts from ourselves, and forgiveness means that it is enough to think more about others. If we China people can do these two words, the world will be different and we can really achieve world harmony. Therefore, the first point is that the heart is inward. When you have troubles, you should think about it. Your heart is outward, and you should reflect quickly. The more your heart is inward, the less trouble you have. The senior class representative was very busy, so I didn't have a chance to go back to Hsinchu's hometown. Later, on the eve of graduation, someone suggested whether to have an outing, which I quite agreed with, but my selfishness got up. I really wanted to take this opportunity to go back to Hsinchu's hometown, so I privately asked everyone to choose when voting later. This is selfishness! When you vote later, if it is Qingcaohu, you will be very grateful to him. If it is not, your hatred will come, right? So if you have troubles, it's mostly from selfishness. At present, the breakthrough, trouble is bodhi, and trouble is awakening. So the second correct idea is that when you have troubles, you should think carefully. Your idea may not be right.
Regard it as cause and effect
Third, regard it as cause and effect: When I hear a sentence I shouldn't listen to, I immediately think of something that I must have said before. The previous "cause" and now "result" have been settled safely! Isn't it? I feel much more comfortable thinking like this, so when you hear a sentence you shouldn't listen to, you should immediately think that you must have said something you shouldn't have said before. In the past, "cause" was used, but now "result" is good. Sometimes when we talk, others' hearts are broken and we don't even feel it. Is there such a phenomenon? Yes, right? The speaker is unintentional, the listener is intentional, the speaker is reserved, and the listener is eager. Therefore, there is an inevitable result for every cause, and the two most unfair things in the world are "nothing for pains" and "nothing for pains", right? No pains, no results, no pains, no results. Let me give you an example: if the exam is coming, there are two students, one of whom knows that if he doesn't study hard before the exam, he will be unimaginable after the exam, so he will redouble his efforts and stay awake. Another student, who cares, plays big exams, plays small exams, and plays without exams. During the exam, he used two methods, one is called "bystander method" and the other is called "master method". After using these two methods, his score is still higher than the other one. What do you think of the other one? He will feel where the justice lies. I get something for nothing, and he gets something for nothing, so this is very unfair.
Causality is a natural law, just like one plus one equals two. It seems that the greater the action, the greater the reaction. If you drink three cups here, you will run to another place first, right? Cause here, result there, cause and effect done is a kind of natural law, and it is very natural to have a cause and an inevitable result. Look again, many idioms are causal. You see: As you sow, you reap what you sow, you pay for your life, you pay back your debts, you deserve it, you can't live if you do it yourself, and so on! People who respect others will always respect them, and those who love them will always love them, all of which are causes and effects. I once made a list of them, a lot of them! Dare to act is also a cause and effect. The problem is that you create the cause, so you must have the courage to accept the result. I have been afraid to complain for ten years, not that I dare not, but that I don't have the courage to accept the result. Guys, it's too easy to complain and poke a hole! The problem is that it's hard to mend. It's like you dug a hole in your suit with scissors. It's too simple! Excuse me, how do you mend it? If you want to mend it, the first piece of cloth you use must be bigger than this hole, otherwise you can't mend it, right? It's too much trouble to make up afterwards. Even if your technology is no better, is there any crack? Yes. So I dare not complain. I dare not complain when I think about it. Because digging a hole is easy! But it's not easy to make up. Wow! So I don't have much chance to complain, because as soon as you create a cause, you will get the result, so many man-made causes will get the result, and cause and effect is a natural law. Ladies and gentlemen, when I hear a sentence I shouldn't listen to, I immediately think of a sentence I shouldn't have said before, and you are very free and easy. I think it's very important. to criticize others is to make an apology

Therefore, it's hard to say whether to lose or take advantage. From that perspective, what's going on in the world is very strange! If you gain something, you lose it. You go abroad to get a doctor. Frankly speaking, you have lost your youth! Right? What you gain is bound to lose. If you don't become an official, you will end up at leisure, right? Loss is the same, gain is loss, gain is loss, loss is gain, so a person who reaches the highest level should have nothing to lose. But people are very poor. They are all suffering from loss, not suffering from it, and gaining from it. Our heart, like a pendulum, gains and losses, gains and losses, just like this, is very painful. At the highest level, there should be nothing to gain and nothing to lose, because loss is gain, and gain is loss. A blessing in disguise, how do you know whether it is a blessing or a curse? Therefore, I always feel that between gains and losses, don't take it too seriously.

I think I always encourage myself in this way. If the other person makes trouble unreasonably, you can belittle the other person. For example, you can bark at each other as a dog. For example, if you pass by a place and a dog barks at you, you should bark it back even if it is difficult. No need! However, it's best to keep this idea in your heart and don't say it. It's a crime to say it.
Know the truth and falsehood
Sixth, know the truth and falsehood: in this world, that is true, that is false, everything is false, and only one thing is true, that is, the three virtues: virtue, meritorious service and making a statement. I often encourage myself with one. "The value of life lies not in his knowledge, his position, his wealth, but in his contribution." I think everything in the world is a tool, just to see if you can use it, if you can use it, it's all stepping stones, if you can't use it, it's all stumbling blocks, but if you want to make it a stepping stone or a stumbling block, the sovereignty lies with me, so everything is fake, so there's no need to argue!

No one dares to say that I can live to tomorrow. You live today and can't even keep tomorrow. What are you fighting for? Life is like a dream, why take it seriously! If someone scolds me, I'll treat him as a dream. Is there anyone who dreamed last night and scolded you, and woke up today and said, I'm really unwilling and reluctant, no need, right? Life is like a dream, why take it seriously! Ladies and gentlemen, that's true, so a lot of things make it easier, easier, more knowledgeable, and easier. I think it will be very comfortable.
Don't get involved with yourself, which will only increase your troubles
Seventh, don't get involved with yourself, which will only increase your troubles; Buddhism has four noble truths-suffering, concentration, extinction and Taoism. I think why my tutor said such a thing was very uncomfortable, so I made up my mind that I should make good use of my weekly diary that week, so I went back and found all the dictionaries, collected all the bad words, wrote three whole pieces, scolded my tutor for being worthless, and finally added a sentence: "I have been studying for nine years and haven't met such a tutor yet!"
