Romain rolland famously said, "The French are romantic because of Provence."

Bright sunshine and blue sea water are the natural beauty of Provence in warm summer. Lavender and olive trees swaying in the wind exude a slight spicy taste, mixed with burnt grass fragrance, interweaving a unique summer atmosphere.

After the daughter divorced, the three children were taken from Paris to Provence by their grandmother for two months' summer vacation. In grandpa Paul's view, these three children are uninvited guests, and he doesn't welcome them. Paul almost broke up with his daughter because she ran away and didn't even call for years.

In the eyes of the three children, they also came to suffer, not only to stay away from modern life, but also to live with this stubborn strange old man. Day after day, Provence warmed the sunshine in Ming Che and gradually lit up their inner darkness.

The children quickly integrated into the local life and gradually learned about the unrestrained past of grandparents when they were young. When I was a child, my grandfather was wild, singing rock and roll, riding a motorcycle and traveling around the world with my grandmother. Later, my grandfather gave up traveling around the world and settled in Provence, taking pleasure in planting olive trees. He also won the first place in the local olive oil competition.

In summer in Provence, the trees are mottled and the breeze blows gently. Outside the earthen house, on the stone table, sit around and eat, and regain the warmth.
