Doubts about the actual practice of Buddhism

(Because the full text is quite lengthy and laborious to read, we have specially sorted out the doubts about the practical revision and deduction that everyone is most concerned about. )

The six divisions in the wheel of karma are hard to really understand.

The six divisions in the wheel of karma are hard to understand not only by family members but also by a large number of monks. If you don't understand, it means you can't believe it. Although many monks told their families about the six divisions in the wheel of karma, they were dubious, even disbelieving and suspicious. In September this year, at the grand gathering of the three altars in Jiuhua Mountain, many monks went to increase the commandments. Increasing abstinence means quitting in the past and quitting again. It's very painful to be warned. I can't eat well, sleep well and have poor accommodation. Bow down for two hours every day. You must get up at three o'clock in the morning and then go to the lobby. I have to train in the morning and afternoon, and I have to bow down at nine o'clock in the evening. So why do many monks have to quit? There are various situations, one of which is that although I was banned in the past, I didn't keep the precepts, or even broke them. According to Buddhist classics, among the six divisions in the Karma Wheel, if I don't keep the precepts and break them, I will definitely go to hell after my death. A monk who went to add precepts said to me: I don't know if there is really a hell. If so, what if I go to hell after death? To be on the safe side, it's best to quit again (that is, to re-accept and re-hold the precepts). No wonder there is a folk saying: there are many monks and Taoists in front of hell. Monks and Taoists who become monks are more likely to go to hell than those at home.

In recent years, a large number of farmers in northern Jiangsu and northern Anhui have become monks and are forbidden to become monks, but they still live at home with their parents, wives and daughters, specializing in a kind of Buddhism, that is, when someone dies, they go to several monks to sing scriptures and send the souls of the deceased to the paradise in the West. A monk said, "To do Buddhist things is to do things for the Buddha.". This sentence is the theoretical basis for these monks to die in the west. There are two problems here: first, these monks live at home with their parents, wives and daughters, and they also break the rules themselves. According to Buddhist classics, those who break the precepts will go to hell; Second, can these doomed people send others to the western paradise? He can't go by himself, he can't go by himself, is he still able to send others?

Next, we will discuss six divisions in the theory of karma.

When people die, the spirit of life disappears completely because of people's conscious consciousness, thus gaining freedom and leaving the carrier of life-the body, wandering outside. At this time, the spirit of life is in a state of wandering coma, which is no longer the state when he rushed into the life of a physical person. At that time, she was a very active life energy group, with four levels of energy. At this time, when she left her body, her energy was almost exhausted, close to zero or even negative. High-energy creatures are floating, full of vitality, and low-energy creatures are falling, almost unconscious; This kind of life keeps falling, falling, sinking deeper and deeper, and finally appears as a "dead" soul, just as the saying goes: if you sink into eighteen levels of hell, you will never turn over again.

Buddha Sakyamuni observed this phenomenon of the spiritual body of life and came to the conclusion that it is very tragic to fall into the lowest spiritual body, losing vitality and getting no energy supplement. That place presents a state of negative energy and is named hell. Some living spirits with a little energy float a little higher than that place called hell, where the living spirits are called lonely souls and wild ghosts, and Buddhism is called Hungry Ghost Road. Hungry ghosts are hungry, but they don't want to eat rice. They want to swallow energy, but they can't get energy. The living spirit with more energy can descend continuously, and the place where it is located is called animal way and humanity by Buddhism. Once this life spirit meets a mature organism, it will be attached and live. This creature may be a dog, a cow, etc. Those with greater energy have the ability to attach themselves to the human body and form new life, while those with lower energy can only attach themselves to the animal body. This phenomenon is called reincarnation.

Life spirits with higher energy will float up, enter heaven and become immortals.

Only high-energy and extremely high-energy living spirits can ascend to the pure land of Buddhism and become arhats, bodhisattvas or buddhas. This is what the six major divisions of the industry and the ten dharma circles said. What is discussed above is the principle and ten dharma circles of the six divisions of karma wheel. There is a very practical problem, that is, how to predict, how to determine the destination of life spirit after death, including how to predict where your life spirit will drift? Let's discuss this proposition.

Life spirits below the first level, that is, those below the first level of energy, will fall downward and fall into hell. The second-level life energy spirit falls into the ghost road, the second-level to third-level life energy spirit enters the beast road, and the third-level to fourth-level life energy spirit enters human beings. Asura said that the soul of life with level 4 to 5 or above will float to inhuman places. The spirit of life above level 5 and level 6 has risen to heaven and humanity. The above is the energy level division of six meridians. Next, the seven-energy living body enters the Arhat Dharma realm, the eight-energy living body enters the Bodhisattva Dharma realm, and the nine-energy living body enters the Bodhisattva realm to become a Buddha. According to the above quantitative analysis, a large number of people fall after death, and a large number of people practice in the animal way, a few in humanity, and very few can float up.

Therefore, Buddhism stipulates that monks must attend evening classes every day. One of the contents of evening classes is: Pu Xian is thirsty: a day has passed (today has passed and passed again), and your life will die with it (your life is about to die), such as fish without water (your life is like fish without water), why bother (you don't know what cola you have), and the public should be diligent. To increase the energy of your living body), such as saving your head from being burned (this is the most important thing), but you are impermanent (if you don't practice hard, impermanence will be over), and be careful not to let go (you can't relax for a day, don't relax all the time, there are not many days left, and your life energy is still so low ...). Many cautionary sayings in Buddhist classics warn all sentient beings. Your foundation (energy) is so shallow, otherwise it will be too late.

In his Ode to Twelve o'clock, Bao Zhigong, an ancient monk, wrote: There are few pedestrians on one avenue (few people walk on the avenue leading to the west), but they walk long distances in the opposite direction (and most people will suffer if they fall over long distances). Why is this happening? Because most people's life energy level is too low, they have to fall down. Some people will ask a question: when people die, most of their spirits will sink, and there will be more and more prison ghosts, but fewer and fewer people. In fact, the world population has not decreased, but has greatly increased. There are two situations in which the population can have a large amount of life input: first, a large number of human beings and non-human beings fall downward because of lack of life energy and are reborn as human beings; Second, a large number of life photons are constantly floating out from the core of the universe, forming a vibrant life spirit, waiting for opportunities to invest in organisms and adults.

One of the reasons why some people with good knowledge and insight in Buddhism oppose Qigong is that a large number of practitioners have only two to two and a half life energy levels. Will become a beast after death. Only a few are humane. But there are also some Qigong masters who think they should mind their own business or their own monks. The average life energy of monks and Taoists is only 0.5, and most of them will fall into the ghost prison. However, according to good knowledge, there is a quantitative problem. There are only 100,000 monks and 1,000 Taoists, but there are tens of millions of people practicing Qigong. The problem is that these tens of millions of people mistakenly think that they have learned kung fu and will relax themselves with energy, but they are still in the wheel of karma, and most of them have been moved down the animal path. On the other hand, most practitioners have a good foundation, and most of them are the unity of heaven and man, and non-human beings have fallen because of lack of life energy. Once they get the dharma, it will be easier for them to practice. If they are complacent, they will miss their lives. Another problem is that a large number of people know that they can't do it, that is, their life energy is too low and they will fall down after death, but they don't want to go to ghost prison. Therefore, after death, their family paid the monks to recite scriptures in order to live or die in the West. So in recent years, there have been more and more such Buddhist ceremonies. Let's discuss this proposition, whether people can live like this after death.

In ancient times, this kind of Buddhist activity was also very popular. Buddhists have this kind of activity, not nonsense. Buddhists pay attention to helping all beings, so it is normal to do Buddhist help after death. The problem is that monks in ancient times attached great importance to practice, and their personal life energy was very high, with an average energy level above level 3. In this way, when they lay dying, they used the total energy of the group to bless the dead, so that they could die with higher energy. According to the measurement, more than three monks with three-level life energy can become human beings. A monk with energy above level 4 can also pass him on as a human being. Therefore, this past life activity is not nonsense or absurd. As for whether you can die in the Western Heaven, it depends on the practice of the deceased himself. Although you are lacking in energy, you can die in the Western Heaven by studying Buddhism all your life while you are alive, and you will be able to do it when you die.

The principle is this: the life group at the core of the universe is photoacoustic energy group. If it can correspond to the sound, as soon as the soul of the deceased leaves the shell, it is easy to accept the homophonic photon of life and gain energy, thus realizing the afterlife. The so-called voice of the West is the pronunciation of Amitabha, which Buddhism calls the light from the west. In this way, under the protection of monks with higher energy, the deceased had a foundation of practice before his death, so that the deceased could receive the light and die in the West.

However, this kind of light is unstable, so we still have to practice in the Western Heaven. Here comes the problem. First, monks who are currently practicing Buddhism have a poor foundation of practice, have no high life energy, and are simply unable to bless the deceased. No matter how well he sings and how hard he shouts, he can only go through the motions, just like acting. Second: the deceased did not practice before his death and could not get the light of the west. In this way, Buddhism did, but it was ineffective for the dead, only fooling the living, making the afterlife a mere formality and becoming a superstitious activity. The so-called superstitious activities are activities that think they are real, but they are actually fake.

If you really die, first, a Buddhist monk should practice well; Second: the deceased had a spiritual foundation before his death.

Meditation and silence

When a well-trained meditator wants to die, first set a time and say hello to the people around him. He will leave at some time in some year, some month, some day. Then, he meditated, led to the golden light, melted into it, and people said: dead.

Some people will ask, is there really such a thing as death? I had more than ten such experiences six or seven years ago. It is extremely dangerous for people, and it is extremely dangerous for people with social burdens and breadwinners, because you will drift away from the world, or you will disappear from the world.

Only people who really hate the world are willing to do that, so Guanyin said: People often cross the boat in a sea of misery. Ancient monks also felt that there was nothing to worry about in the world. Only by letting go can they do that. The famous marine engineer, in 1966, thought it was time to leave, so he did. If you have to add the word "Gong", which means meditation and silence, you have mastered this skill, that is to say, go away. The ancients said that the person who mastered this kind of martial arts was a Buddha, a bodhisattva or something else. Actually, it's not mysterious.

Meditation can mobilize and stimulate the potential of the human body, that is, activate the life energy body and transform the performance into brain energy and light. Witch Gate (referring to later Witch Gate and modern Witch Gate) uses the energy generated by meditation to practice various spells, such as five thunder palms, witchcraft, spells and so on. There are also many doors. Use this energy to practice magic. Therefore, Buddhists say that it is heresy to use this energy to practice magic and avatar, and it is the right way to use this energy to escape life and death. People in Jianghu and Wulin also use meditation to mobilize energy to cultivate excellent martial arts. Taoist practice is different from Buddhism, which does not store this energy in the brain like Buddhism to free life and death. Taoism leads this energy from the brain to the abdomen and stores it in the abdomen, which is called Jiedan. Once Dandan is formed, it can be superb and immortal.

The achievement method of Indian ancient yoga is: when the energy is concentrated in the brain, when the sea of light appears and the spirit of life melts into the sea of light, then try to find your own individual and become a magical person in this world without leaving this world. Modern western yoga tends to practice like this.

The principle and effect of practicing meditation

Witches in prehistoric times all obtained cosmic energy in the form of meditation, and used a special song and dance to stimulate and activate the life energy body in their bodies. This is a witch dance, and the song is a witch spell. It developed into meditation, holding spells and qigong in religion in later generations. Meditation, also known as witch sitting in prehistoric times, can be seen from the glyph of this "sitting" space. Sitting means the witch is on the land. That is, the wizard lost his ability to fly and fell on the ground. In order to sublimate, he must sit down and regain his energy. Why can meditation play a role in receiving cosmic energy? Many qigong books have been discussed with various explanations from various angles, and here is just a brief explanation. From a theological point of view, meditation can make the carrier of life-the body-in a static state, and make the conscious mind tend to be calm and extremely vivid. This movement is the movement of life energy body.

The life energy body in the human body is stored at the root of the spine, communicating with the brain from above and communicating with sex from below. In the state of manifestation, people will consume a lot of energy from living beings. Therefore, many clans advocate using less brains (in order to reduce trouble, they can use less brains) and not using sex in an attempt to control the minimum energy consumption of living beings.

Buddhism pays attention to breaking troubles, and life and death only seek all evils. This is the principle.

The brain, spine and gonads are all connected with the life energy body. The substances in the brain, spine and gonads, namely brain juice, spinal cord and semen (sexual fluid), are directly related to the life energy body. If the above three substances are missing, life energy will consume life energy to supplement them; If the above three materials are sufficient, the energy of the life energy body will pick up. In a person's life, the above three substances are constantly consumed, and the life energy body is also constantly consumed. When its energy is nearly exhausted, life will be in a state of aging and death.

In a person's life, almost more than 90% of the energy of life energy body is spent on sexual function, and less than 10% is spent on mental activities. Sometimes it is found that people who engage in mental labor sometimes look more tired than those who engage in manual labor. Its essence is that mental labor consumes life energy, while manual labor consumes only the heat energy of the carrier. The heat energy of the carrier is very easy to be supplemented by food, while the life energy can only be supplemented by absorbing photons of life in the universe or converting performance into brain energy. Meditation means that mobilized energy rushes up the spine to the brain. With the upward movement of this sexual energy, the human body will produce photoelectric effect and photoacoustic effect, which is also called qi sensation in qigong. At this time, some people will have tinnitus and insects, and the body will feel the ups and downs of the air, the head will swell, and the body will feel bloated and hanging high.

After a certain meditation training, sometimes a special little gesture will be taken, which will greatly increase the stimulation energy. At this time, you will hear the sound of the tide, your body will vibrate violently, and your head will almost explode. When you think you are going to die soon, you will have fear. You don't want to die so soon. There is light in your brain, which may vary from person to person, and the color of light is different. The author's experience is a golden light, infinitely bright golden light. Sometimes, this upward energy is so great that it will even throw your body four or five meters away and fall heavily on the ground. At the moment of throwing, it is unconscious and blank, showing shock or suspended animation.

If you keep practicing like this, when there is golden light, you (referring to your life energy body) will melt into this ocean of light, and you will never find yourself again, and you will never be reincarnated again. That's Buddha. In other words, you have become a Buddha. This is the highest state of Buddhism, in order to get rid of life and death. If you don't want to become a Buddha so soon, there are still unfinished things in the world. You should control the temperature and don't walk too fast.

This kind of meditation is extremely dangerous for people. For Buddhists, it means going to the pure land of Buddhism and never returning. For ordinary people, when they don't want to die, they should control the practice, or they will regret it.

How to repair the heart?

The most famous classic of Buddhist meditation is Prajna Paramita Heart Sutra. This sutra is a record of how Buddha Sakyamuni talked about his stupa, how Guanyin Bodhisattva repaired his heart, and the results after the repair.

Buddha said: Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva has become an undifferentiated mind when practicing "Deep Prajna". It can be seen that all five connotations are empty and all sufferings can be overcome. The Buddha told He Lizi that once he became single-minded, he would know: "There is no difference between color and emptiness, emptiness and color, color is emptiness, and emptiness is color." The same is true of what people think and do, that is, thinking the same, thinking empty, thinking empty, thinking empty. Real practitioners of all religions and factions must read this Heart Sutra if they really want to cultivate their minds. If you have sectarian and sectarian views, it means that you are divided, so your practice is often only low-level and formalistic.

People who really practice are well-trained, have no difference in heart, have no religious view and no sectarian view. Guanyin Bodhisattva means that there is no difference in ideology, religion and sect. Guanyin Bodhisattva is actually a Buddha. Some people call it dharma enlightenment. Some people know that avalokitesvara is amitabha.

In order to get rid of life and death

Getting rid of life and death is not a child's play, nor is it your short life once in a hundred years, but a lifelong event in which the universe "people" have a beginning and an end. In the past, there were several big characters engraved on the Yan alum in Nanjing: Think again! These big words are advice for those who intend to end their lives. When you plan to get rid of life and death, you should also think twice. In Buddhism, life and death are emphasized. In order to escape from life and death, we must have courage and determination. When the monk was ordained and prepared to step into the door of life and death, XX asked: Are you a gentleman? Then why ask this sentence, just to get rid of life and death, is a gentleman's move, not a gentleman or a husband. It's still early, don't go in this door. Once you enter this door, there will be two results: first, if you practice well, you will be led to the west when you die; Secondly, poor practice will undoubtedly lead to hell. You can't be a ghost, let alone an animal. The same is true of Taoist priests, who have no choice but to go to jail or ascend to heaven. There is an old saying that "there are many monks in front of hell", which is not a lie.

That's the truth. Why didn't the ancients make this clear to the public? The eminent monk Dade put it well: Make it clear, who dares to enter an empty net? If no one enters an empty door, how can we cross all beings? Modern people are different from the ancients, and they all have the ability of analysis. The half-bright and half-dark argot education method is no longer applicable and difficult to understand, so the "ignorance policy" can no longer be used. It is necessary to give the truth to the public and let the truth come out of the temple Taoist temple. Facing the society and the public, modern people have their own choices. You mean, no matter how good the west is, some people are willing to keep concubines. You mean, hell is worse, but some people are willing to go. Sakyamuni Tathagata and Guanyin Bodhisattva are willing to stay in the women's world. Earth treasure bodhisattva is willing to go to hell. Everyone has their own aspirations, but they all follow their own wishes.

Some people say; Anyway, if you want to drink "ecstasy soup" after death, you can't remember the joys and sorrows, so reincarnation is reincarnation, it doesn't matter. This fearless spirit, this spirit of taking pleasure in suffering and not complaining about others, is precisely the characteristics of all beings in the world, so the Buddha said: all beings in the world are the most powerful, the most difficult to educate and the most difficult to extradite. God sometimes makes a person's fate more bitter, precisely: if you don't know the pain, you can't know the six difficulties. Guanyin cliff also said: people often cross the boat in the sea of suffering. The purpose is to make you enlightened and firm. Bao Zhigong, a famous monk in ancient times, said in "Twelve Grants": Without the mother-in-law's torture, no one would be discouraged or tired of life and death. For who, the immediate trouble is coming, and this is all the western ambassadors.

Drinking ecstasy soup is also a form.

It means that when a creature is reincarnated, it will lose its memory. Then, after the life energy body, that is, the life spirit body, enters the human body (reincarnation), why does it lose the memory of the past dozens, hundreds, thousands and tens of thousands of generations? This is related to the structure of life carrier, such as human body, which is an organic robot. When the spirit of life enters the human body and coincides with the human body, its memory is stored in the human brain for people to call, but the composition of the human brain is not just the head that most people think, but the human brain is composed of the head and the whole spine, that is, from the beginning, along the back to the tail root. The most easily mobilized part of the human brain is reserved for the memory of the present world, while the past and past events are stored in the more difficult part of the brain. The farther the world goes, the deeper it is stored until it is stored in the spine and hidden at the tail of the spine.

However, when the spirit of life reincarnates in the three-dimensional space and coincides with the human body, it consumes a lot of energy and enters the human body, showing low-energy lethargy, while the life energy left to the human body can only maintain the survival of the human body, and the light of the past has long been dim.

The mind can bring back your soul! Practitioners must remember this principle.

It is this kind of mindfulness that Buddhist practitioners of Pure Land Sect practice. They recite Amitabha all day long to keep this mindfulness until the last moment and ascend to the pure land of the Western Heaven. However, people's practices are often not so good. When they die, they can't be single-minded and not upside down. They usually recite Buddha every day, but on their deathbed, their mood is reversed. When they heard the cries of relatives and friends, they fell into hell. Because you only train your mind and don't practice acrobatics, your life spirit has no energy. Once you lose your mind, you will fall down in an instant. There is no way and no one can help you, unless you practice well every day, one day, two days ... seven days, and you can concentrate on chanting Buddha. Unless you have practiced this kind of kung fu, it is difficult to go to the west.

Most monks learn the pure land of Buddhism. If they don't read Buddhism with their heart, sometimes they just read their minds, and they will definitely not reach the level of practicing for seven days. If you don't practice at ordinary times, your life energy is very low, and the consequences can be imagined. The tantric Buddhism is well aware of the difficulties of the Pure Land Sect, so it practices life energy to prevent dying, and once life energy is sufficient, it can also adopt the method of active death, that is, meditating in the garden when awake. Zen Buddhism also adopts this tantric approach. Through meditation, a great light is created. What is this great light? It's life energy. Once you get enough life energy, you can sit down and wait for death in the west.

Men also have this kind of meditation, but it is extremely difficult for Taoism to become immortal. Life must have considerable energy to drive the body, and the body will sublimate the life energy body to a lower level, for example, only for immortals or immortals. Once the energy is consumed, it will not only lose the body, but also sink. Western religions adopt the practice method of thinking of God and the Virgin Mary, which is somewhat similar to the Pure Land Sect of Buddhism.

The principle of pure land Sect's Buddhist practice

This long-term prostration, walking and meditation can make people "dull" day after day, month after month, year after year, and make people's explicit consciousness drop greatly, thus activating the potential consciousness, that is, the life light body, that is, the "true self", making people in a "numb" state and "static", thus entering a "steady state". That is, at the time of dying, it can be combined with the light of the origin of life in the universe (which Buddhism calls the received light) to extradite the Western Heaven. This is the main content of Amitabha Sutra. It is the essence of Buddhist scriptures.

Pure land Sect has two difficulties: First, modern monks are troubled and unable to concentrate on chanting Buddha. When I read Buddhism, I just have one delusion after another and one distracting thought after another. So they repaired the pure land and broke their troubles. If you want to break your troubles, you have to keep precepts, but now Buddhists advocate Buddhism and don't pay attention to keeping precepts. This is the difficulty of pure land.

The second is to know where the mind is born. What is a brain? The so-called mind is sex, and the so-called practice is to cultivate sex. So what is sex? Prehistoric ancestors made it clear that "sex" comes from the heart, and the so-called heart comes from the present heart. The essence of "sex" is an energy, that is, "spiritual energy". Mind energy can form power, that is, mind, but pay attention. This heart is not the heart of the flesh, this heart is your life light body, that is, "the real you."

This kind of spiritual energy is great, but it must be practiced before the ability can be exerted. It is this spiritual power, that is, the application of the mind, that is the supernatural phenomenon produced by some people with special functions and some superhuman beings. The mind can cross XX space and reach the core of the universe. The so-called chanting Amitabha means chanting the red tone body of the universal life tone body, so that its own weak life tone energy body resonates, resonates, harmonizes and blends with it, thus melting into the "connected light" from the heart of the universe, that is, death. Ancient Buddhists knew this truth, but modern monks don't understand this truth and the importance of cultivating the mind. They mistakenly thought that I could die in the west by reading a few Buddhist names today. Nowadays, Qigong, which is popular in society, calls the training of spiritual strength "Kung Fu", and people with strong spiritual strength are called people with high Kung Fu. So what is "Kung Fu"? Kung fu is time. Everything in the three-dimensional world depends on two basic factors, one is time and the other is space.

Theoretically speaking, the practice method of Buddhism Pure Land Sect is the highest realm, which makes the light of human life pass through the heart of the universe, become a bodhisattva or dissolve in the huge optical energy body of Buddha and Bodhisattva, but can't find themselves (that is, never look back, never reincarnation, because there is no reincarnation without finding themselves). Buddhism calls this "liberation from life and death" and considers it the supreme method. However, this is also the most difficult method. If you are not serious and have the slightest relaxation, you cannot practice this method. Therefore, the Buddhist Sutra warns monks who practice this gate that if they have different ideas, they will undoubtedly fall into hell! Ancient monks knew the difficulty of cultivating pure land, so they created other methods, such as Zen Buddhism, Tantric Buddhism and so on. Legalists solve it by strictly practicing precepts, breaking troubles and enlightenment. After meditation, the light of life in the body can be activated and manifested, so as to blend with the Buddha's light in the heart of the universe and die. But it is difficult for modern monks to keep the precepts, and this road is difficult to walk. Zen Buddhism and tantric Buddhism practice in a special way, which has essentially broken through the scope of practice and already contains a lot of cultivation factors. Therefore, in ancient history, Pure Land Sect once regarded Zen and Tantric Buddhism as heterodox kung fu, and some called it Hinayana Buddhism.

Zen and tantra are actually more practical and have higher success rates than Pure Land and Legalists, but they are prone to errors and so-called computer accidents. Therefore, tantric practice is four conversions, plus one conversion to the guru, that is, practice must be carried out under the close supervision of the guru to prevent deviation. Zen meditation also needs to be checked by the Zen master, and it is also to prevent deviation. Some qigong in the society absorbed a lot of Zen, Tantric and Daomen's practice methods, but a large number of qigong masters did not point directly at the heart of the universe. Therefore, some Buddhist monks accuse Qigong of heresy and cannot escape life and death. For qigong, this is really difficult.
