Fourteenth people's police are not allowed to drink alcohol when they go to work, perform tasks and wear weapons. You are not allowed to drink in public places when you wear police uniforms. Under no circumstances is drinking prohibited. Fifteenth people's police contact with the masses, should pay attention to civilization and courtesy, respect the customs of the masses. In public places, you must observe public order and pay attention to public health. When entering public places or residential buildings on business, you should show your work certificates, behave dignified and pay attention to politeness. Article 16 The people's police should salute when they meet or meet the party and state leaders in police uniforms. Article 17 People's police organs at all levels shall establish a picket system for police appearance and discipline, and send pickets to patrol within their respective jurisdictions. Article 18 The people's police who perform picket tasks must be familiar with and master the relevant provisions on police capacity and discipline, observe discipline in an exemplary manner, pay attention to methods, and earnestly perform their duties. When performing picket tasks, you should wear picket armbands. Article 19 People's policemen who perform picket tasks should criticize and educate people's policemen who do not obey picket; If the circumstances are serious, it can be brought back to the picket service dispatch unit and ordered to write an inspection. Article 20 The people's police who perform picket duties shall fill in the Notice of Violation of Police Capacity and Discipline (format attached) if they seriously violate police capacity and discipline. After receiving the notice, the unit where the offender belongs shall educate or deal with the offender. Notice of violation of police discipline shall be printed by provincial, prefectural and county public security organs in a unified format. Twenty-first people's police and unit leaders who violate the "Regulations on Police Appearance and Discipline" for the first time shall conduct criticism and education, and I shall make an oral examination; Those who violate the "Regulations on Police Discipline" again shall be ordered to write a written examination and deduct the post allowance of the month; Those who refuse to make corrections or if the circumstances are serious shall be given administrative disciplinary sanctions. Article 22 People's policemen who have been punished for violating the Regulations on Police Appearance and Discipline shall not be rated as advanced in that year, and shall not be awarded merit, promotion or awards. In the unit where the people's police seriously violate the discipline of police appearance, the leaders in charge cannot be rated as advanced and record merit, and the units and collectives cannot record merit or record merit. Article 23 The pickets of the People's Armed Police Force and the urban people's police have the responsibility to picket the appearance and discipline of the police during patrol duty, and the people's police should consciously obey the picket. The people's police who seriously violate the discipline of police appearance and discipline shall be handed over to the local public security organ for handling by the police picket team.
