1. Interest is the best teacher, allowing students to learn in happiness and improve learning efficiency.
Plato said: Interest is the best teacher. Confucius said: Those who know are not as good as those who are good at it, and those who are good at it are not as good as those who are happy. These famous quotes tell us the importance of interest. In terms of stimulating students' interest, I feel that we can start from the following aspects of content and methods. In terms of content, choosing appropriate teaching content, intercepting typical examples from life, and looking for examples from students can better stimulate students' enthusiasm for participation. For example, when we talk about cultural innovation, I choose the current status of cultural tourism in Bozhou as the starting point. Combined with the current status of developing a tourism city in Bozhou, I let students make suggestions for the development of cultural tourism in Bozhou. Such an entry point mobilizes students' enthusiasm for participation and improves the efficiency of classroom teaching. In terms of teaching methods, I feel that traditional teaching focuses on teachers' careful preparation of lessons and focuses on explaining the content in simple terms, while curriculum reform focuses on the effectiveness of teaching, the interaction between teachers and students, and improves the efficiency of class through bilateral activities between teachers and students. Therefore, more situational activities should be designed in teaching to allow students to participate in the teaching process, mobilizing the enthusiasm of both teachers and students to participate, thereby improving teaching efficiency.
2. Problem-based teaching, improve teaching efficiency by being good at thinking.
High school political content is highly theoretical and abstract, and it is difficult to mobilize the enthusiasm of primary schools. In order to better carry out ideological teaching, appropriate teaching methods must be adopted to improve classroom teaching efficiency. Problem-based teaching is a better teaching method. During the class process, we summarize and organize the teaching materials, allowing students to use questions as an entry point to organize the teaching materials and sort out the knowledge points of the teaching materials. The content of the entire political textbook is relatively theoretical. It is necessary to find problems from the logical system of the textbook, find the context of the textbook knowledge, and grasp the knowledge system of the textbook. We generally like to let students manage the knowledge system, which can be organized through core keywords or around the main body. For example, economic life can focus on the four areas of production, distribution, exchange, and consumption, allowing students to organize knowledge points in textbooks around core keywords. The content of teaching materials can also be organized from the three main perspectives of the country, enterprises, and individuals. In the process of sorting out knowledge points, students have increased their interest in learning, have an overall grasp of the teaching materials, and their logical thinking abilities have also been improved.
3. Teach students in accordance with their aptitude and pay attention to the differences of students.
There are differences among students, and the methods adopted for different students should be different. We can generally use layered teaching and reasonably select teaching models based on students' receptive abilities, so as to meet the learning needs of different students and improve the efficiency of the entire classroom teaching. Students are the main subjects of learning. If teaching only considers problems from the perspective of teachers, it will easily lead to a reduction in teaching effectiveness. We can combine the actual situation of the students in this class and carry out hierarchical design on the basis of understanding the students' situation to improve the pertinence of teaching, thereby improving the efficiency of education and teaching.
In short, the teaching of ideological and political courses should pursue effective teaching, use teaching methods flexibly, and improve teaching efficiency. To this end, as a political teacher, we should be good at discovering problems, mobilizing students’ enthusiasm for participation, and flexibly designing teaching methods. Choose the appropriate teaching model to promote the successful completion of teaching tasks
