Dr w, Kamen Rider, died in episode 26. Kamen Rider Levis is the third work of Ling He and Kamen Rider. The theme is that the new hero's partner is the devil. This work tells the story of Kamen Rider signing a contract with the devil. The hero is Ikki, who has a strong sense of justice, enthusiasm and likes to be attacked. He is the eldest son, three brothers and sisters, and runs a family bathhouse with his parents. Weiss is a demon possessed by Ikki.
