Peixi Neng is the origin theory of "Principles of Education". Peixi Neng has been engaged in teaching work in middle schools and universities for a long time and is an educational theorist. He conducted research in education, mathematics, physics, chemistry, music and many other fields, and left many works.

Thomas Percy Nunn (1870~1944) was a famous British educational theorist in the first half of the 20th century and a theoretical representative of the British Progressive Education Movement. He was born in a family of teachers in Bristol, England. His father once ran a private school locally, and Peixi Neng received education in this school as a child.

He has shown his passion for education since he was a child. In my childhood, I loved making teaching aids. At the age of 16, he began to help teach at this school. After graduating from this school, he attended the University of Bristol. While studying at university, he still assisted his father in teaching at the school. In 1890, Peixi Neng's father unfortunately passed away. Peixi Neng inherited his father's business and took over his school.

In the same year, he received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of London. Later, he resigned from the school and worked as a mathematics and science teacher at Halifax Grammar School and William Ellis Grammar School. In 1895, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of London.
