There must be such a person around us from school to work. He gets up at six o'clock every morning and is busy until the early hours of the morning. He didn't even say hello when you saw him-he was too busy to sleep and eat. They live out what others think is "excellent", but after careful observation, you will find that these seemingly hard-working people lack a spiritual sustenance in their hearts.
It can be seen that "being busy" can't make us live well and live our true selves. Without the support of the soul, all efforts will be confused. In this impetuous era, most of us study and work for fame and fortune, live for Excellence, and show off in the eyes of others.
It is not difficult to be such an excellent person. It's hard to live as a soulful self, and it's hard to live transparently without being confused.
I used to do my work step by step, never asking myself if there was a better way to do it, and sometimes I even felt that my life and work were boring. But now, I understand that we need spirit to work.
I see, it's not that life and work are boring, but that you have nowhere to put your soul, so you can live every 365 days.
If you can slow down and live a little differently every day, it will be 365 different days;
If you can be happier every day, then you will fade away and become optimistic;
If you can make a little progress every day, your life will be full of aura and applause.
Slow down and seriously feel the happiness brought by all the small jobs. Read a book, listen to a song, and carefully observe the changes of scenery on both sides of the street. Let the spirit empty and let the soul keep up with your pace. Then your life will be more meaningful.
And slowing down is not passive, not slack, not giving up, but letting the light of the soul illuminate the journey of life.
Maybe one day you will suddenly find that the work you do is meaningful, and you will suddenly miss your present and the wonderful present of your work.
Therefore, when our soul can't keep up with the inertia of life, please slow down and wait for your soul, know yourself clearly, have a clear direction, understand what you should do in your work, and know how to make yourself more optimistic and positive in your work, drive away confusion and get on the road again.
